Jay Glazer engagement report
@JayGlazer - 1.3M followers on X
Measured over 20 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 23, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 410 interactions against 1.3M followers, an engagement rate of 0.032%. Measured over 20 original posts, its engagement rate beats 57% of 1,003 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 94K times each, and 0.435% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 7.43% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.2 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 57% of days. Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 20 posts sampled, 60% carry an image or video, 15% are part of a thread and 5% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 35K interactions, about 86x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #fam, #packers.

Compared with accounts its own size
Jay Glazer's engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (1,003 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 6 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 32% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.032%, Jay Glazer sits above the 25th percentile of the 9,981 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.007% to 0.047%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 17:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 60% of posts | +79% | +73% to +85% | 5.8K |
| Outbound link | 5% of posts | -49% | -50% to -47% | 6.1K |
| Typical length | - | +13% | +10% to +15% | 6.4K |
- 60% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 79% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 5% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 49% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 480 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 13% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Green Bay is always a special stop for me. Most of you don’t know but my first ever game I ever worked in my life was 1999 doing sidelines for WCBS in New York, Jets vs Packers. Could you imagine… first ever game is at Lambeau Field!!!!! I wasn’t nervous, instead I just kept telling myself how great i would feel after I nailed my first hit! Very, veryyyy grateful for it all. Thank you GOD for the journey. @nflonfox #packers #trainingcamp #nfl

Spent a couple days with the @Eagles on my annual Glaze Across America NFL Training Camp Tour and the biggest takeaway I walked away with… the number of people at different areas of the team are raving about how much effort @JalenHurts has put in to improving in many areas on and off the field. Can’t tell you how many “I’m really proud of him” I got. Last year he was at the center of issues but they are speaking a MUCH different tune on him so far in camp. Even guys who were previously frustrated with him were absolutely praising him for the work he’s put in and the concerted effort he has made. Good for him! It’s never too late and in this league you always need to find ways to improve, evolve and improve some more. It never ends if you want to be THAT GUY! Plus, they think this offense will be much better suited to him, the offensive line, Saquon, all around. @NFLonFOX #eagles #nfl #philadelphia

Saw that Michael Penix said he can do everything except take a hit. I was actually shocked at how much he COULD do when I went to Falcons camp earlier this week. He was rolling out, throwing on the run looking like he had no issues. I didn’t realize he was that far along until I saw it. Still, though, they say he has more steps to go @AtlantaFalcons

Thank you to our dude Seth Braunstein and the rest of amazing folks at Angelo’s @angelosapeeetz for absolutely incredible hospitality, food and the private room upstairs to spend the afternoon and realllllly enjoy the magic. This blew away my expectations!! Thank you so much. I head back out to my NFL camp tour a very full and happy man!! @nflonfox @Eagles #eagles angelosapeeetz

- What is Jay Glazer's engagement rate on X?
- Jay Glazer (@JayGlazer) has an engagement rate of 0.032%, based on the median interactions across 20 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,266,665 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.032%, Jay Glazer sits above the 25th percentile of the 9,981 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @JayGlazer have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (1,003 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @JayGlazer post?
- Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.2 posts per day across the measured window.
