Early reading. We have captured 2 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 252 interactions against 562K followers, an engagement rate of 0.045%. Posts are seen about 13K times each, and 1.90% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.36% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.8 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 17% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 15:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 2 posts sampled, 50% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.9K interactions, about 11x its own typical post. Only 2 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 15:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit and inspect newly completed works at Lira Regional Referral Hospital (Lira RRH). These include the newly constructed 220-metre Hospital Lane, the Infectious Isolation Unit, a covered canopy, the Eye Unit, and the expanded Outpatient Department (OPD) of the hospital’s private wing. I appreciate and congratulate the Hospital Director and the entire hospital staff for the good work that has been done. It has also given visibility to the infrastructure along the former Police Road and strengthened the outlook of the Regional Referral Hospital. I was pleased to see how clean and neat the facility is. This is commendable. I reflected on my time as Hospital Superintendent where we had a vision to transform the facility into a Regional Referral Hospital with the capacity to provide advanced and specialised services, something that we are witnessing now. Well done Team Lira RRH. Thank you @GovUganda @NRMOnline!

Today, I joined Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. @Thomas_Tayebwa, MPs and @MinofHealthUG officials for the annual Malaria Parliamentary Walk. Malaria is the number one killer in Uganda and this walk organized by @Parliament_Ug is aimed at creating awareness on how Ugandans can prevent Malaria. Let us endeavor to sleep under a mosquito net every night, keep our environment clean and remove mosquito breeding sites, use mosquito repellants and test and treat every fever at the health facility.
