Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 103 interactions against 49K followers, an engagement rate of 0.21%. Posts are seen about 5.8K times each, and 1.76% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 11.9% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.1 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 7% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 01:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 1 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video, 100% are part of a thread and 100% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 20K interactions, about 190x its own typical post. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 01:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

This account's posting mix compared with catalog-wide effects

  • 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 100% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
  • Its average post runs 166 characters, which falls in the 80 - 180 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 80 to 180 characters run 3% below the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

as i get older i realize the biggest epidemic is dudes with no real identity if running gets cool they become runners. if tattoos get cool they cover themselves in tattoos. if being sober trends they become born again monks, mullet, coffee snob, golfer, carnivore, cowboy, whatever the algorithm tells them whole personality built out of social contagion thats why these dudes get smoked at everything. everyone can smell the fraud no weight behind anything they do because none of it came from their soul. just trend hopping be something real even if its ugly

I'm really struggling with my health. Debated for a while to come on here and share this with you all but feeling a bit out of options. Still showing up in a lot of areas in life but I feel like it's this constant balance between very high high's and very low low's. Spent tens of thousands of dollars testing, coaching, you name it but I genuinely feel stuck. Main struggles: > Very little energy: I either "work" or "work out". > Waking up tired, no matter how much I sleep > Days where I really struggle to get out of bed > Gut issues all the time. Feeling sick quite easily. > Heavy mental strain of not being able to show up the way I've always had. Slow responding to stuff, putting stuff off easily because I don't have the energy. > No appetite and eating very little (been losing weight). Open to suggestions & feel free to ask anything.

Jogging is 6x your bodyweight of force through the achilles. Sprinting is 12x. You need to load to the calves heavily to increase contractile force (this means lifting well beyond your bodyweight on a smith machine calf raise). https://t.co/rf4vQ0Ds23

Conor McGregor’s team should not have had a flying switch kick in his game plan. Terrible fight preparation. You’re 1.5-2x more likely to tear an ACL with a traumatic injury like the leg break he had 5 years ago. Just shows Conor is surrounded by yes men, period.

Barefoot shoes and padded shoes both have their place. Padded shoes allow you to produce more violent force into the ground promoting stiffness. Barefoot shoes promote more pliabiltiy and 'flex' through the feet. Use them both, don't get sucked into the barefoot cult. https://t.co/N1ob5n4BgF
