Lord Abraham Mutai engagement report
@ItsMutai - 753K followers on X
Measured over 77 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 1, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 95 interactions against 753K followers, an engagement rate of 0.013%. Measured over 77 original posts, its engagement rate beats 36% of 3,791 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 8.7K times each, and 1.09% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.16% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.7 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 23% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Saturday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 77 posts sampled, 82% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 917 interactions, about 9.7x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Lord Abraham Mutai's engagement rate beats 36% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,791 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 54% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

At 0.013%, Lord Abraham Mutai sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,759 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

This account posts most often around 05:00 UTC, and Saturday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Today, Kenya has made a major breakthrough in the treatment of several cancers following the signing of a consequential agreement with Pfizer, a United States multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation. Consequently, prices of medicines for the treatment of breast, stomach, colon, lung, prostate, oesaphagus, leukaemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma cancers have reduced remarkably by more than 7 times. In some instances, the cost has reduced from as high as KSh1 million to less than KSh50,000 per cycle. The impact of the agreement between Pfizer and the Kenya Medical Supply Authority (KEMSA) - titled Accord for a Healthier World - will make the KSh800,000 Social Health Authority (SHA) cancer package fully adequate without additional cost to patients. Additionally, Kenya will access newer medicines without the 10-year wait that cancer patients are currently subjected to. As the African Union Champion for Local Manufacturing of Medical Commodities, I am proud that Pfizer is making available these technologies and newer medicines for local pharmaceutical production in the continent. Grateful to have received Pfizer Chairman and CEO Albert Bourla at State House Nairobi. He was accompanied by Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale, Charge d'Affaires at the US Embassy in Nairobi Carla Benini, Medical Services Principal Secretary Ouma Oluga and Pfizer officials. Thanked Pfizer for the wonderful work it is doing in Kenya and the impact it is making. We will continue working together to strengthen our Universal Health Coverage.

Reading these numbers
A typical post picks up 95 interactions against 753K followers, an engagement rate of 0.013%. - What is Lord Abraham Mutai's engagement rate on X?
- Lord Abraham Mutai (@ItsMutai) has an engagement rate of 0.013%, based on the median interactions across 77 original posts from the last 30 days against 753,339 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.013%, Lord Abraham Mutai sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,759 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @ItsMutai have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 36% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,791 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @ItsMutai post?
- Most posts go out around 05:00 UTC, and Saturday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.7 posts per day across the measured window.
