A typical post picks up 128 interactions against 1.1M followers, an engagement rate of 0.011%. Measured over 99 original posts, its engagement rate beats 35% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 13K times each, and 0.988% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.15% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 99 posts sampled, 95% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.3K interactions, about 18x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #ebola, #citizenexplainer, #healthynation.

Compared with accounts its own size

Hon. Aden Duale, EGH's engagement rate beats 35% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 47% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.011%, Hon. Aden Duale, EGH sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,270 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.025%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 2% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 612 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Our attention has been drawn to public remarks by the Controller of Budget suggesting that certain public funds fall outside any framework of oversight and accountability. This characterisation is inaccurate and requires clarification. The mandate of the Office of the Controller of Budget is defined by Article 228 of the Constitution and the Controller of Budget Act, 2016. Under Article 228(4), the office authorises withdrawals from public funds under Articles 204, 206 and 207 — the Equalisation Fund, the Consolidated Fund and County Revenue Funds — and, under the Act, from any other public fund that an Act of Parliament expressly places under its approval. In every case, Article 228(5) requires only that she confirm the withdrawal is authorised by law. The funds referred to in the interview were established by their own legislation, each with defined mechanisms for management, withdrawal and audit. They remain fully subject to the oversight of the Auditor-General and Parliament. To suggest that money lawfully appropriated and administered under an Act of Parliament is beyond scrutiny is to misstate both the law and the facts. The Controller of Budget is an independent constitutional office, and Government respects that independence. Independence, however, is exercised through the constitutional and statutory instruments provided — reports to Parliament and lawful approval of withdrawals — not through public commentary that mischaracterises the legal framework. Where any office holder believes their mandate should be widened, the proper avenue is the legislative process. Government notes that amendments to the Public Finance Management Act to expand oversight of funds and levies outside existing budget channels are already before Parliament, and it welcomes that debate on its merits https://t.co/9wvCBVoe88

The transition from the SHA provider portal to the HMIS system has progressed well. All 6,427 counties public Level 2–4 Health facilities have successfully transitioned to the new system. An additional one-month extension has been granted to all public Level 5 and 6 Health facilities, faith-based organisation (FBO) facilities, and private facilities. During this period, the Digital Health Agency (DHA) will undertake Rapid Results Initiatives (RRI) with these facilities to support and complete the transition. Importantly, all patients will continue to access services at facilities that have not yet fully transitioned. The ongoing transition will therefore not disrupt access to healthcare services.

Thank you, dear book lovers, for making my book, #ForTheRecord, a best-selling tome in this year. I enjoyed the chats, the signing sessions, and your incisive questions about my story of political betrayal, legislation, nation-building, and leadership. I have received the invitations for additional book-signing sessions and for conversations with fellow authors. As soon as I get some breathing room, I will honour those. For now, I just want to say a big big thank you to all of you!

What is Hon. Aden Duale, EGH's engagement rate on X?
Hon. Aden Duale, EGH (@HonAdenDuale) has an engagement rate of 0.011%, based on the median interactions across 99 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,127,905 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.011%, Hon. Aden Duale, EGH sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,270 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @HonAdenDuale have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 35% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @HonAdenDuale post?
Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 5.97 posts per day across the measured window.
