A typical post picks up 58 interactions against 125K followers, an engagement rate of 0.046%. Measured over 23 original posts, its engagement rate beats 41% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 3.5K times each, and 1.65% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.80% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.93 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 57% of days. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 23 posts sampled, 70% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.5K interactions, about 26x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Oleksiy Goncharenko's engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 56% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.046%, Oleksiy Goncharenko sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,048 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

This is a diplomatic blunder. The Ukrainians support the independence of Kosovo and we believe that Ukraine MUST recognise the state. I'll continue fighting for the independence of Kosovo and eventually Ukraine will recognise it. https://t.co/hkGtO5WzVl

Former Ukrainian Defence Minister @FedorovMykhailo fled Ukraine despite being summoned to a meeting of the Ukrainian Parliament’s Temporary Investigative Commission. This is a serious insult to the Parliament and to Ukrainian society. However it's also a threat of leakage of knowledge about our cutting-edge military technologies. According to the Ukrainian law, Fedorov's service at the Italian MOD may be a foundation for a criminal case against him.

Today I found a bug in the car used by my family. I called the police, and I will deal with this matter. I will also raise this issue in Parliament and at the PACE sessions. Ukraine is a country of law and order. That is how it should be. And I will not allow anyone to turn it into a country of threats, pressure and lawlessness. Many representatives of the Ukrainian authorities do not like what I do, particularly my fight against corruption and human rights violations in Ukraine. Therefore, everything must be done in accordance with the law.

As for Fedorov. He says the system is corrupt. I’ve been saying this for eight years. The difference is that while some of us were fighting this system, others were helping to build it. Fedorov ran Zelensky’s digital campaign, became a minister and later First Deputy Prime Minister. He wasn’t an outside observer. He was part of the system he is now criticizing. Nothing changed overnight. The system wasn’t clean on Sunday and corrupt on Monday. And I suspect we will hear many more such “discoveries.” But what matters most to me is what was missing from his speech: not a single word about peace. Only power and elections. We are in the fifth year of a full-scale war. That omission speaks for itself. And we should be careful when talking about “elections.” Millions of Ukrainians are displaced, hundreds of thousands are serving in the military, and part of our territory remains occupied. Anyone calling for elections must first explain how these people will be able to vote. Without an answer, this looks less like a demand for democracy and more like the beginning of an election campaign.

In my comments to @thehill, I spoke about Fedorov’s calls for elections and his allegations of corruption. I am in opposition to Zelensky, but he remains the legitimate president. Elections during wartime are simply not feasible for security reasons. And if Fedorov claims there is corruption, these are not just words. Corruption during wartime is a crime that can literally cost lives. As Chair of Parliament’s Temporary Investigative Commission, I have summoned him for questioning on Monday. https://t.co/RP7IJ67Imx

I disagree with President Zelenskyy: Kosovo must be recognized as independent! In an interview with Kosovo’s Bota Sot, I spoke openly about his controversial position and why Ukraine’s and Kosovo’s struggles for freedom, sovereignty and survival are closer than many think. ❗️❗️❗️Mykhailo Fedorov is NOT REGISTERED with Ukraine’s State Export Control Service as an entity authorized to conduct international transfers of military goods. Moreover, as of September 9, 2026, he HAS NOT SUBMITTED any application for such registration. This is stated in an official response from the State Export Control Service that I received.

This is how humanitarian catastrophe looks like Oleshky, a small city on the eastern bank of the Dnipro river, is suffering from one of the worst humanitarian catastrophes in the modern history. After Russian occupation, over 6000 people, including 200 children remained in the city. In 2023 the city was flooded after the destruction of the Kakhovka dam. Now there is no food, electricity or medicine available in the city. And still Russia denies the access of the international humanitarian organizations. In fact, Russia organized the blockade of Oleshky. We have to stop this. Save these 6000 innocent people.

Reading these numbers

What is Oleksiy Goncharenko's engagement rate on X?
Oleksiy Goncharenko (@GoncharenkoUa) has an engagement rate of 0.046%, based on the median interactions across 23 original posts from the last 30 days against 125,382 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.046%, Oleksiy Goncharenko sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,048 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @GoncharenkoUa have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 41% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @GoncharenkoUa post?
Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.93 posts per day across the measured window.
