Aprehendimos a Estefani “N” cuando acudió a visitar a su hermano al Reclusorio Preventivo Varonil Oriente y obtuvimos su vinculación a proceso por su probable participación en el feminicidio de una conductora de aplicación y el robo de su vehículo; permanecerá en prisión preventiva. Videograbaciones del @C5_CDMX permitieron a la @PDI_FGJCDMX reconstruir la ruta del automóvil y establecer que Estefani “N” habría ayudado a su hermano a retirar objetos y limpiar restos de vidrio después de los hechos. Rescatamos con vida a una víctima de secuestro y detuvimos a Juan “N”, Mariana “N”, Mauricio “N”, Luis Martín “N” y Kevin “N” durante un cateo en la alcaldía Xochimilco. La víctima fue privada de la libertad el 10 de agosto en Iztapalapa. Posteriormente, se exigió el pago de 20 millones de pesos para liberarla. El análisis de videograbaciones, los trabajos de inteligencia realizados por la @PDI_FGJCDMX y un reporte anónimo recibido a través del 089 permitieron identificar el inmueble donde posiblemente permanecía cautiva. Con estos elementos, el agente del Ministerio Público obtuvo de un juez la orden de cateo correspondiente. Durante la diligencia, agentes de la PDI rescataron a la víctima; además, detuvieron a las cinco personas localizadas en el inmueble. Obtuvimos la vinculación a proceso y la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva contra Ivette “N” por su probable participación en el robo de un vehículo y otras pertenencias. La víctima la conoció mediante una aplicación de citas y, durante un encuentro en un hotel, perdió el conocimiento. El seguimiento mediante cámaras del @C5_CDMX permitió reconstruir la ruta del automóvil y aportar datos de prueba para obtener una orden de aprehensión. Agentes de la @PDI_FGJCDMX la localizaron en Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla, donde la aprehendieron en colaboración con la Fiscalía de esa entidad. Una familia fue víctima de una simulación de secuestro: mediante llamadas, hicieron creer al padre que su hija estaba secuestrada y a ella que habían secuestrado a su padre. Bajo amenazas, la joven transfirió y depositó 89 mil pesos. Entrevistas y el análisis de información financiera permitieron establecer que el dinero fue recibido en una cuenta de Aidé “N”, quien habría tenido conocimiento de su recepción y dispuesto de los recursos para entregarlos a otra persona.
