La decisión de Bancolombia de reducir al 8 % efectivo anual la tasa para nuevos créditos de vivienda en las zonas afectadas por el terremoto demuestra algo que sostuve durante la campaña: sí es posible bajar las tasas de interés y facilitar el acceso al crédito de los colombianos. A un reconocido creador de contenido Kevin Alex Thobias de 29 años, le fueron incautados por la Fiscalía General, bienes por más de $17.000 millones, entre lujosas propiedades, vehículos de alta gama y prendas de oro, en una investigación por lavado de activos. Este no es el primero. Vamos por más bienes y más personas vinculadas al lavado de activos. Que quede claro: el lujo no puede ser la fachada para esconder dinero del crimen. ❌‼️

Hoy estuve en el Palacio de San Carlos, trabajando con el Presidente @ABDELAESPRIELLA y con el Gobernador @AndresJRendonC en soluciones para los damnificados del terremoto. Nuestro compromiso desde Medellín es seguir apoyando a quienes nos necesiten. 🚨🔥 Absurdo. En este incendios en Palmas hubo mano criminal. Fue provocado por este hombre que ya fue capturado y a espera de judicialización. Miren a este irresponsable. No tiene justificación alguna y debe responder ante la justicia. No tiene justificación alguna. Puso en riesgo la vida de muchas personas y también la de nuestros bomberos que deben atender la emergencia. Gracias a nuestras cámaras @AlcaldiadeMed pudimos ubicar a este tipo, minutos después de haber ocasionado este incendio. No podemos tolerar la irresponsabilidad de nadie que pone en riesgo al resto de la gente y al medio ambiente, menos cuando en plena época de tragedia y de fenómeno del niño tenemos las capacidades de nuestros bomberos a tope. ‼️ Ayer la Policía Nacional, en articulación con la Alcaldía de Medellín, capturó al hombre señalado de ocasionar el incendio de grandes proporciones en Las Palmas. Acaba de finalizar la audiencia y este sujeto deberá responder por el delito de daños en recursos naturales y ecocidio. Por solicitud de la Fiscalía, y de nosotros como víctimas, un juez ordenó su privación de la libertad en centro carcelario mientras avanza la investigación. Podrá enfrentar hasta 13 años de cárcel. Desde Medellín vamos a hacer todo lo que esté en nuestras manos para que estos casos lleguen hasta las últimas consecuencias conforme a la ley. El mensaje es claro: Medellín se respeta.
