Early reading. We have captured 5 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 714 interactions against 325K followers, an engagement rate of 0.222%. Posts are seen about 19K times each, and 3.70% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 5.95% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.17 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 12:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 5 posts sampled, 80% carry an image or video and 40% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 38K interactions, about 53x its own typical post. Only 5 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

This account posts most often around 12:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 80% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 40% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
  • Its average post runs 393 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Ukraine launches TrophyLab: we are opening access to captured Russian weapon technologies for our global partners. Every missile, drone, and vehicle seized on the battlefield is now a source of knowledge for the free world. Through this secure platform, allied governments, labs, and defense tech manufacturers gain access to deep technical data, reports, and vulnerabilities. Users can also request physical equipment for testing, significantly shortening the development cycle for countermeasures. What was meant to be the enemy's secret advantage is being dismantled to defend democracy. Join the platform: 🔗 https://t.co/xoeCfXsIy3

Change is inevitable. You thanked me for Mriya and Diia. In return, I thank you for giving me hope. I’ve never felt a responsibility this great — not even while serving in government. Thank you to our veterans and service members for holding the line and upholding our honor. The dialogue is happening. I believe we will succeed.

Elon Musk is prorably the most important tech person and entrepreneur in the world for our country. By shutting down Russia’s illegal use of Starlink on Ukrainian territory, @elonmusk and @SpaceX protected our air defense, saved our air force, and spared thousands of civilian lives. This is an invaluable contribution to our defense, and every Ukrainian is deeply grateful to him for it. Catch the full story in my interview with @CBSNews.

Congratulations to Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi on his appointment as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is a breath of fresh air and a new source of hope in the fight of free people for freedom and justice. It is the voice of change that could no longer be ignored. Now, the high expectations of the Ukrainian people must be met with a clear vision for bringing the War of Independence to a successful conclusion, a strong team and decisive action focused on saving the lives of our service members, accelerating the robotization of the battlefield, delivering asymmetric strikes and exhausting Russia’s economy. I also called General Oleksandr Syrskyi to thank him for the defense of the Kyiv region, the Kharkiv counteroffensive and other historic battles. These achievements are already an important part of Ukraine’s history. But now we must move even faster, write the next chapters of that history and correct the mistakes of the past. Thank you to everyone who made this possible.

We transformed Ukraine into a global tech leader and a defense powerhouse. Beyond digital IDs, Diia.Cіty, and 5G, we revolutionized warfare. Through the Army of Drones and the @BRAVE1ua cluster, we achieved a logistical lockdown for the occupiers, reached a 91% Shahed interception rate, and launched the unique e-Points system to incentivize our troops on the frontlines. 7 years of service. From GovTech to Defense Tech. Thank you for your trust!

Russia is shifting to jet-powered Shaheds, so we must act fast. For the past year, our team has worked with developers on interceptor drones. I recently visited a facility whose drone can reach speeds of more than 600 km/h. It is already undergoing combat testing, and we await the first confirmed intercepts. Investing in R&D, testing and scaling up production is vital. Protecting our skies remains a priority.

Great news for Ukrainian defense tech: signed agreements with EU Commissioner @KubiliusA for access to EU defense programs and €300M in funding. Through the new BraveTech EU Ukraine Support Instrument, our companies can access €260M to scale up production and €35.3M for innovation grants—covering up to 100% of costs. This is a true win-win. We are combining EU resources with our battlefield-tested tech to build a safer Europe. Thank you, Andrius Kubilius and the EU team 🇺🇦🇪🇺

Unique footage of the Auchan Operation—a brilliant asymmetric strike where tech and precision planning halted a Russian mechanized offensive for 6 months. This deep-rear operation struck 949 targets in just 3 days, forcing Russia to withdraw heavy armor. Recently, we repeated the operation with a newly developed munition specifically targeting enemy artillery, hitting another 231 targets. Across both phases, 1,180 enemy targets were hit. My sincere thanks to Lasar’s Group of the National Guard of Ukraine, the 412th NEMESIS Unmanned Systems Brigade, and all the other service members who made this operation possible.

Ukrainian drones are now autonomously intercepting Shaheds. A @BRAVE1ua developer has created a tech that automates 95% of the interception process—from launch to target destruction. The system successfully completed its combat trials in the Kharkiv region. The operator simply selects the target, and the drone autonomously tracks and neutralizes it. It took less than a year to get from prototype to real-world deployment. We are scaling autonomous defense tech to rewrite the rules of modern air defense.

Boosting F-16 pilot training: Ukraine has received rare mobile simulators to prepare our crews without needing actual jets. These specialized units allow pilots to practice complex combat scenarios, enhancing our ability to shoot down Russian missiles and save lives. This new delivery expands our training capacity, ensuring quality training at high intensity. We continue to build our Air Force according to NATO standards. Grateful to the Air Force Capability Coalition, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Austria, and the developers.
