نماذج للسقوط الأخلاقي! فلاح المشعل فيديو شارع التانكي في المنصور أرعبني حقيقةً. لقد عشت رعب انفجار السيارات المفخخة التي استهدفت مبنى جريدة «الصباح» مرتين، في أثناء ترؤسي لتحريرها، لكن مشهد هذا الفيديو لا يختصر الرعب وحده؛ بل يختصر أيضًا شعورًا عميقًا بالعار من سلوكيات منحرفة تتفشى في المجتمع. فتاة تمشي في الشارع، فيلاحقها رتل طويل من السيارات، يضايقها ركابها، ويطلبون منها أن تصعد معهم! شِلّة من المتحرشين والساقطين يتعاملون مع فتاة عابرة في الطريق وكأنها فريسة، ويطاردونها في مشهد يثير الاشمئزاز والخوف، ويكشف مقدار الانحدار الذي يمكن أن يصل إليه بعض الرجال حين يتجردون من أبسط معاني الرجولة والإنسانية. من يحمي هذه الفتاة من هذه الوحوش؟ ومن يحمي النساء من عقلية ترى في المرأة التي تمشي وحدها في الشارع هدفًا مباحًا للملاحقة والتحرش والإذلال؟ ألا تملكون في بيوتكم أمهات وأخوات وزوجات وبنات؟ أم أن كرامة النساء لا تعني لكم شيئًا إلا حين يتعلق الأمر بنسائكم؟ إن مثل هذه السلوكيات ليست «مزاحًا» ولا «شقاوة شباب»، بل اعتداء على حرمة الطريق، وترهيب للمرأة، وتهديد مباشر للأمن المجتمعي. ومن يرتكب هذه الأفعال ينبغي أن يُحاسب وفق القانون، لأن التحرش الجماعي والملاحقة والترهيب ليست ظواهر يمكن السكوت عنها أو التهاون معها. إنني أهيب بالسيد وكيل وزارة الداخلية، الدكتور حسين العوادي، باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق هؤلاء، وملاحقتهم ومحاسبتهم، كما نأمل من القضاء العراقي أن يتعامل مع هذه الأفعال بما تستحقه من صرامة، وأن تكون العقوبة رادعة لكل من تسوّل له نفسه تحويل شوارعنا إلى أماكن للخوف والإذلال. ملاحظة: السيارات ظاهرة بوضوح في الفيديو، وأرقامها وموديلاتها يمكن تمييزها، فضلًا عن أن الشارع مغطى بالكاميرات؛ ولذلك فإن الوصول إلى المتورطين ومحاسبتهم أمر ممكن، إذا توفرت الإرادة الجادة لإنفاذ القانون. لا ينبغي أن تكون المرأة هي التي تبحث عن طريق للهروب من الشارع؛ بل يجب أن يكون الشارع مكانًا آمنًا لها وللجميع!
