سیاست به زبان ساده / ۱ پاسخی ساده به پرسشِ «رهبر»ی که میپرسد چرا با او «مشکل» دارند؟ آقای رضا پهلوی که خود را «رهبرِ دورانِ گذار» مینامد، در یکی از دیدارهای اخیرِ خود میپرسد:«کدام بند از روندِ دموکراسی مشخص نیست که عدهای با آن زاویه یا مشکل دارند؟» کدام بند؟ چه مشکلی؟ رهبر یا رهبری که به هیچ نهادِ جمعی (مجلس، حزب، جبهه و...) پاسخگو نیست، اگر خطاهای بزرگ کند و راه نادرست برود، هیج نهادی نمیتواند او را برکنار کند، چون امامانِ شیعه از منظرِ شیعیان، خود را معصوم و خطاناپذیر پنداشته و فراتر از هر پاسخگوئی و نظارتِ نهادهای جمعی است و... «رهبر»ی است متکی بر ساختارِ استبدادی که راه به دموکراسی نمیبرد. دموکراسی تنها حقِ انتخابِ دولتمرد، رهبر و رهبری در انتخاباتِ آزاد نیست، (که در موردِ او حتا این هم رخ ندادهاست)، که بعلاوه و مهمتر از آن، استوار و متکی بر نظارتِ نهادهای جمعی (حزب، مجلس، جبهه و..) و امکانِ واقعی و حقِ برکناری رهبر و رهبری هم هست. نظارت ِ جمعیِ و امکان واقعی و حقِ برکناری از مولفههای مهمِ دموکراسی است. با «رهبری» شکل گرفته بر استبداد فردی ناپاسخگو و غیرِقابل برکناری، با «رهبری» که حتا پیش از کسبِ قدرت، خود را از هر نظارتی رها میبیند و برکنارشدنی نیست، «روندِ دموکراسی» که او میگوید در کار نیست. میپرسد: «با کدام بند....مشکل دارند؟» یکی همین. یعنی با ساختارِ ادعای رهبری فردی و ناپاسخگوی او. مشکل؟ باز هم هست. بسیار.

فیلمِ«دادگاه تاریخ»، به کارگردانی جمشید برزگر، که یکی دو روز پیش همرسان شد، اثری است زیبا، تاملبرانگیز و تجربهای موفق. فیلمِ مستندگونه در بارهی رخدادی که هنوز رخ نداده، تجربهای است به نسبت تازه در سینمای ایران. محاکمه حنایتکاران علیه حقوق بشر در دادگاههای مبتنی بر موازینِ عدالتِ انتقالی، نه تنها آرزوی همه ما، که از نیازی های مبرمِ جامعه و کاری است مهم در ثبتِ قبحِ جنایت در حافظه جمعی. ثبتِ قبحِ جنایت در حافظه جمعی گامی است مهم در جلوگیری از تکرارِ جنایت. در این فیلم، که بعدی آموزشی نیز دارد، بحثهای حساسی چون مسئولیتِ فردی و نسبتِ انسان با قانونهای ضدبشری و.. با زبانی تصویری و در بافتی روائی مطرح میشود. بهره گیری مناسب از تکنیکِ فاصلهگذاری (وقتی بازیگران رو به دوربین نامِ واقعی خود را میگویند / گنجاندنِ دو مصاحبه رسانهای در فیلم ، و به ویژه انتقاد یک مصاحبهشونده از دادستانِ دادگاه،) در برساختنِ فضای مستند، فرم و ساختار و القای مستند بودنِ فیلم، نقشی خلاقانه و موثر دارد. ضرباهنگ و ریتمِ مناسب فیلم صحنههای دادگاه را پرکشش میکند. به امید آنکه آرزوی زیبای کارگردان و دیگر سازندگانِ فیلم، برگزاری دادگاههای عدالتِ انتقالی و محاکمه جنایتکارانِ علیه حقوقِ بشر در ایران، روزی نه چندان دور، جامه واقعیت بپوشد.
