Measured over 39 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 1, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 268 interactions against 371K followers, an engagement rate of 0.072%. Measured over 39 original posts, its engagement rate beats 47% of 3,810 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 7.2K times each, and 3.74% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.93% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 7% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 09:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 39 posts sampled, 95% carry an image or video, 49% are part of a thread and 5% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.8K interactions, about 10x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Eye on Palestine's engagement rate beats 47% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,810 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 6 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 80% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

At 0.072%, Eye on Palestine sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,960 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

A sniper from the Israeli military shot 16-year-old Palestinian teenager Mahmoud al-Durrah while he was collecting firewood in the Gaza Strip in October 2025. He was then detained while wounded and subjected to beatings and abuse for nearly nine hours in Bureij Refugee Camp. Mahmoud was later transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in coordination with the International Committee of the Red Cross, where doctors were forced to amputate his right leg. The injury brought an end to his career as a licensed football player and shattered his dream of becoming a professional athlete. In the middle of Mahmoud’s story is the name of his brother, Muhammad al-Durrah, the Palestinian child who was killed by Israeli gunfire during the Second Intifada in 2000. Images of Muhammad became deeply etched in Palestinian collective memory, turning him into an icon of the Palestinian cause and a symbol of the suffering of Palestinian children under occupation. Today, Mahmoud lives with his family inside their heavily damaged home, trying to adapt to a new life after losing his leg while enduring the harsh conditions imposed by the war.

- What is Eye on Palestine's engagement rate on X?
- Eye on Palestine (@EyeonPalestine) has an engagement rate of 0.072%, based on the median interactions across 39 original posts from the last 30 days against 371,423 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.072%, Eye on Palestine sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,960 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @EyeonPalestine have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 47% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,810 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @EyeonPalestine post?
- Most posts go out around 09:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.97 posts per day across the measured window.
