A typical post picks up 4 interactions against 84K followers, an engagement rate of 0.005%. Measured over 17 original posts, its engagement rate beats 11% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 388 times each, and 1.03% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.462% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.63 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 33% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 17 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 6% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 790 interactions, about 198x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #cleanenergy, #waterresources.

Compared with accounts its own size

Energy China's engagement rate beats 11% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 41% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.005%, Energy China sits above the 10th percentile of the 213,186 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.025%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 213,186 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,400 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

🛣️In Shandong, China, there's a highway that doesn't just move traffic. It generates power. Solar panels cover the slopes of the Zaohe Highway and the rooftops of its service areas, producing about 100 million kWh of electricity a year.⚡ That saves 30,000 tons of standard coal, cuts CO2 emissions by 80,000 tons, and is equivalent to planting over 5 million trees. 🌲Here, CEEC's Transport-Energy Integration Brand Experience Hall showcases multi-scenario transport-energy solutions, while a "smart brain" monitors energy, weather, and traffic data in real time to make the highway smarter.💡 👇Tap the video and follow CEEC's energy "Carbon" Explorer Jean-Luc Edi on a tour of the Zaohe Highway!

🏜️Sandstorms sweep through, dust storms hit again and again. So how do you install solar panels in a desert? To tackle these harsh conditions, the CEEC's Uzbekistan Navoi Integrated Energy Project team brought in a solar installation robot.🤖 This "new teammate" packs a high-precision six-axis robotic arm, a self-developed visual recognition algorithm, and a multi-sensor fusion navigation system. It shrugs off glare and dust, locks onto position in 5 seconds, and works with millimeter-level precision. With its help, the team cracked the gobi construction challenge and kicked the project into high gear. Once complete, the project will deliver about 750 million kWh of clean electricity to the local grid every year, with 430 million kWh of peak-shaving and frequency-regulation capacity, cutting CO₂ emissions by roughly 1.61 million tons annually.🌱🌿 😉Tap the video and watch this "new teammate" race across the gobi and take on construction's toughest challenges! #Technology #AI #GreenEnergy

😄On September 8, the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) opened in Xiamen, where CEEC showcased its integrated zero-carbon park solution. Developing zero-carbon parks requires more than bringing together individual technologies. Drawing on its strengths across the entire industrial chain, CEEC provides full-cycle services covering top-level planning, solution design, investment and construction, smart operations, and asset management, while integrating energy systems with buildings, transportation, and computing infrastructure. During CIFIT, CEEC took part in the 4th Business Environment Forum and the Green China · Guangzhou Zero-Carbon Park Innovation Scenario Supply-Demand Matchmaking Session, helping connect technology, projects, and capital for real-world results.🌿🌍 #GlobalPartnership #SustainableDevelopment #OpenCooperation #CIFIT2026

😃In 2016, Vietnamese youth Nguyen Van Tuyen first set foot on this land. Three years later, the CEEC Hai Duong Project was completed. Since it went into operation, this modern power plant has been generating 8 billion kWh of electricity every year — lighting up the nights of over 2 million households across Vietnam.🥰 Nguyen still vividly remembers those days of growth: the plant taking shape day by day, units being precisely installed, and the moment the project was connected to the grid. Those days and nights of working side by side with his Chinese colleagues👬 to solve problems are etched in his memory. Over the past decade, Nguyen has grown from an ordinary worker into a technical backbone. "Ten years can change a person," he says. "Ten years for a company can light up a country☀️. I have always believed...every time a lamp is lit, someone will remember where that 'light' began." 👀Want more youth stories from CEEC? @EnergyChina — more to come! #EnergyTalks #MyGreenWorkDiary #YouthForFuture #GlobalYouth #CulturalExchange

What is Energy China's engagement rate on X?
Energy China (@EnergyChinaCEEC) has an engagement rate of 0.005%, based on the median interactions across 17 original posts from the last 30 days against 83,981 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.005%, Energy China sits above the 10th percentile of the 213,186 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @EnergyChinaCEEC have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 11% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the bottom quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @EnergyChinaCEEC post?
Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.63 posts per day across the measured window.
