رجل يظهر في تسجيل مرئي من مكان مجهول يدعي أنه في طرابلس، ويطالب الجميع بتسليم ليبيا كلها له سلميا: المجلس الرئاسي والحكومتين في طرابلس وبنغازي ومجلس النواب والمجلس الأعلى للدولة، حيث طالبهم بتسليم السلطة إليه فورا دون تعطيل ولا مماطلة تجنبا لسفك الدماء. ربما يكون هذا الرجل المختل الصورة الكاريكاتورية الأكثر تعبيرا عن ضياع المعنى الذي يجعل السلطة سلطة.
