Early reading. We have captured 4 original posts for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 20 interactions against 173K followers, an engagement rate of 0.012%. Posts are seen about 4.2K times each, and 0.49% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.42% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.13 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 12:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 4 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 25% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.5K interactions, about 128x its own typical post. Only 4 original posts have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 204,880 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,891 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 12:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 25% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 638 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

In Falmouth, we helped residents make that one call that matters most—‘I’m safe.’ 🥹 But our mission is far from over. We’re still making our way across Jamaica, working tirelessly to reconnect communities, one home, one heart at a time. Look out for our team—we’re coming. Through rain, through darkness, our technicians are on the ground, running cables, restoring connectivity, and bringing hope. Because when everything else is uncertain, connection is the thread that holds us together. 🫶🏽 #ReconnectingJamaica #DigiCares #OneJamaica #DigicelJamaica #TogetherWeRise

Today brought an unexpected and deeply frustrating setback. Acts of selfish vandalism to our network infrastructure in the Constant Spring area have disrupted service for customers who had already been restored. Our technicians will have to redo all of the hard work previously done to reconnect our customers. Despite it all, we remain committed to our customers and will not be stopped by the mindless behaviour of a select few. Vandalism is a serious problem; if you see something suspicious, report it to the police immediately. We are working to restore services as soon as we can.

At Digicel, community is at the heart of everything we do ❤️ Today, our team came together to pack food supplies along with other necessary items filled with care and compassion - each box a small gesture of hope for families in western Jamaica affected by the devastation of Hurricane Melissa. In moments like these, we’re reminded that true strength lies in unity - in standing shoulder to shoulder, helping each other rebuild, and showing up when it matters most. Together, we rise 💪

Yesterday in Falmouth, we brought more than just care packages — we brought connection. ❤️🇯🇲 With power still out in many areas, we helped residents charge their phones, lights, and fans, and gave them a chance to send heartfelt video messages to loved ones they haven’t been able to reach. And for some, we made it possible to hear a familiar voice again — through a special way to call home. This is just the beginning. Digicel is Reconnecting Jamaica, one community at a time. We’ll be out every day, doing everything we can to restore connection, comfort, and care. We won’t stop until Jamaica is reconnected. 💪🏽 #ReconnectingJamaica #DigiCares #DigicelJamaica #TogetherWeRise

Service Update 🚧   We’re aware that some Digicel+ customers are currently experiencing disruptions to their home services. This is due to multiple vehicular incidents that caused fibre breaks after tearing down fibre optic cables in the Corporate Area.   Our technical teams responded immediately and are working to restore services as quickly as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we get you reconnected.
