DD Geopolitics engagement report
@DD_Geopolitics - 516K followers on X
Measured over 36 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on August 27, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 674 interactions against 516K followers, an engagement rate of 0.131%. Measured over 36 original posts, its engagement rate beats 72% of 3,792 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 18K times each, and 3.71% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.52% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.2 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 36 posts sampled, 81% carry an image or video, 19% are part of a thread and 11% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 7.1K interactions, about 11x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #live, #moats.

Compared with accounts its own size
DD Geopolitics's engagement rate beats 72% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,792 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 86% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.131%, DD Geopolitics sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.08% to 0.433%.

BREAKING!!! At the request of Iran, the Sultanate of Oman has stopped cooperating with the U.S. and facilitating escorted tanker movements through the southern part of the Strait of Hormuz In the past 24 hours, no vessels have passed via the Omani route; today, an Indian vessel faced warning shots from the IRGC Navy, forcing it to turn around. Iran is not allowing the southern route to be used to circumvent its restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz.

Grateful to introduce the bipartisan SRBIJA Act! Under President Vucic, Serbia has deliberately drifted further from Rule of Law and nearer to enemies of freedom like War Criminal Putin, the Chinese Communist Party, and the terrorist regime in Tehran. Despite widespread protest of corruption, the Vucic government threatens to destabilize the region and beyond. The people of Serbia deserve better. https://t.co/f8zKTHm2En

🇨🇿🇪🇺 The Most Dangerous Place We've Traveled? The EU. We got robbed by a group of gypsies at 1 AM in Ostrava, Czech Republic, while waiting for our bus. They grabbed our backpack with all our camera gear and our laptop inside. We managed to catch one of them and dragged them back to the station, where a drunk Czech guy eating a kebab translated for us: if their friends didn't bring the backpack back, we'd bring them back to Serbia, with us. After a short come-to-Jesus moment, they got the message and we got our stuff back and still made the bus. We've traveled through plenty of "dangerous" places where people warned us we'd get scammed, robbed, or worse. Never had an issue. It was the civilized, democratic EU where it finally happened. Funny how that works.

🇺🇸🇷🇺 American flag removed from U.S. Embassy in Moscow The American flag appears to have been removed from the U.S. Embassy in Moscow tonight. The reason is currently unknown. This comes on the same day that CIA Director John Ratcliffe made an unannounced visit to Moscow, reportedly arriving aboard the U.S. Air Force C-17 that flew from Joint Base Andrews via Riga earlier today. There has been no indication that the embassy is closing or that the removal of the flag is connected to Ratcliffe’s visit.

- What is DD Geopolitics's engagement rate on X?
- DD Geopolitics (@DD_Geopolitics) has an engagement rate of 0.131%, based on the median interactions across 36 original posts from the last 30 days against 516,388 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.131%, DD Geopolitics sits above the 50th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @DD_Geopolitics have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 72% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,792 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @DD_Geopolitics post?
- Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.17 posts per day across the measured window.
