CPEC Official engagement report
@CPECOfficials - 90K followers on X
Measured over 11 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 22, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 3 interactions against 90K followers, an engagement rate of 0.003%. Measured over 11 original posts, its engagement rate beats 9% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 698 times each, and 0.43% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.774% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.53 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 20% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 11 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 9% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 16 interactions, about 5.3x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
CPEC Official's engagement rate beats 9% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 21% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.003%, CPEC Official sits below the 10th percentile of the 204,880 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.024%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

CPEC 2.0: Agreement to give Pakistan China cooperation a new political and institutional foundation A high level delegation of the Communist Party of China called on Federal Minister for Planning, Professor Ahsan Iqbal, during which detailed discussion was held on giving Pakistan China cooperation a new political and institutional dimension under CPEC 2.0. During the meeting, it was agreed that Pakistan China cooperation would be expanded beyond infrastructure and investment to institution building, governance, knowledge, human resources, innovation and young leadership. Key progress: 📍 Political dialogue and strategic connections will be further strengthened. 📍 Benefit will be drawn from China’s experience in development, governance, long term planning and poverty reduction. 📍 Exchanges will be increased between the relevant institutions in the fields of political education, party building and policy research. 📍 Contacts and exchange of experiences between the young political leadership of Pakistan and China will be promoted. 📍 People to people and cultural contacts, peace, stability and regional cooperation will be further advanced. 📍 Alignment was highlighted between URAAN Pakistan 5Es and China’s 15th Five Year Plan, 2026 to 2030, in the areas of growth, innovation, green development, infrastructure and people centred development. 📍 In the next phase of CPEC 2.0, productivity, innovation, green development, employment, livelihood and regional connectivity will be key priorities. The head of the Chinese delegation, Mr Liu Daxiu, while appreciating Professor Ahsan Iqbal’s long association with CPEC and Pakistan China relations, described him as “Mr CPEC”. CPEC 2.0 is not merely a phase of new projects; it is a new foundation for bringing the institutions, knowledge, people and future leadership of Pakistan and China closer together. #CPEC2_0 #PakistanChinaFriendship #PakChinaCooperation

The Pakistani delegation attended the second learning session of the NDRC Seminar on China’s 14th Five-Year Development Achievements and Introduction to the 15th Five-Year Plan, delivered by Mr. Jiang Weihang, Deputy Director, Innovation Division, Department of Planning, National Development and Reform Commission. The lecture aligned with Prof. Ahsan Iqbal’s vision to synchronize CPEC 2.0 and URAAN Pakistan with China’s evolving development priorities, particularly through long-term planning, coordinated implementation, industrial modernization and climate-resilient growth. The lecture highlighted China’s approach to national development planning, where five-year plans are closely linked with territorial spatial planning, special plans, regional plans, provincial consultation, expert input, public feedback and continuous monitoring. A key highlight was that China began preparatory work for this planning framework in 2023, well before its formal launch in March 2026, reflecting the depth of consultation and institutional effort behind comprehensive national plans. It also covered key priorities, including modern industrial systems, scientific and technological self-reliance, the digital economy, infrastructure modernization, the green transition, and food and energy security. For the Pakistani delegation, the key takeaway was that strategic vision must be supported by a clear implementation architecture. China’s planning experience reinforced that due diligence, adequate time, rigorous consultation and sustained institutional effort are essential for preparing plans that are not only ambitious, but also practical and implementable. These lessons offer valuable insight for strengthening Pakistan’s planning processes, integrating resilience within development priorities, and advancing high-quality development under CPEC 2.0. #NDRCSeminaronEmergencyMgt #PakistanChina #CPEC2_0 #ClimateChange #DisasterPrevention

The Pakistani delegation visited the National North China Regional Emergency Rescue Center in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, as part of the Seminar on Emergency Management and Disaster Prevention for Pakistan, hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission of China. The visit provided a practical demonstration of China’s all-hazard emergency preparedness model, covering aviation rescue, helicopter medical evacuation, mountain and rope rescue, swift water rescue, earthquake collapse rescue, vehicle accident rescue, drone based reconnaissance, forest firefighting and emergency logistics. Key highlights included a three tier emergency logistics system, specialised simulation zones for multiple disaster scenarios, drone enabled communication support and vehicles designed to function as mobile warehouses for rapid field deployment. For the Pakistani delegation, the key takeaway was that effective disaster response depends on preparedness before impact: trained rescue teams, connected command systems, specialised equipment, emergency medical capability, communications backup and repeated simulation-based drills. These lessons reinforce the focus on disaster prevention and reduction, resource conservation and environmentally safer development under the Green Corridor of CPEC 2.0. #NDRCSeminaronEmergencyMgt #PakistanChina #CPEC2_0 #GreenCorridor #ClimateResilience #DisasterPreparedness #EmergencyManagement #DisasterRiskReduction @betterpakistan @muzmmil_a @PlanComPakistan @PakinChina_ @CathayPak @PIDEpk

He stressed greater access to the Chinese market and stronger B2B cooperation to support modernization of Pakistan’s agriculture and industrial sectors. Mr. Song Dongcheng reaffirmed the importance of Pakistan China friendship and emphasized deeper cooperation in industry and agriculture, stronger productive capacity, greater participation of SMEs and expanded enterprise to enterprise partnerships. #CPEC #CPEC2_0 #PakistanChina #B2BCooperation #IndustrialCooperation

- What is CPEC Official's engagement rate on X?
- CPEC Official (@CPECOfficials) has an engagement rate of 0.003%, based on the median interactions across 11 original posts from the last 30 days against 90,180 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.003%, CPEC Official sits below the 10th percentile of the 204,880 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @CPECOfficials have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 9% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the bottom 10% for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @CPECOfficials post?
- Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.53 posts per day across the measured window.
