قرار المدعي العام التمييزي أحمد رامي الحاج بتوقيف الصحافي حسن علّيق لا يطال حسن وحده. هذا القرار يمسّنا جميعًا، ويستهدف كل شريف في هذا البلد يرفض الهيمنة والذل والتطبيع مع مرتكبي أبشع إبادة شهدها العصر الحديث على مرأى العالم أجمع. إذا سُمِح بتمرير هذا القرار، فلن يقف عند حسن علّيق. يعتقدون أنه سيصبح سابقة تُستخدم لاقتِيادنا واحدًا تلو الآخر إلى التحقيق والتوقيف، بهدف إرهابنا وإسكاتنا. يظنون أن التهديد سيُخضعنا، لكنهم واهمون. يريدون كمّ الأفواه، ولو استطاعوا لكتموا أنفاسنا أيضًا، ولأطفؤوا كل صوتٍ حرّ يفضح تخاذلهم، ويكشف تواطؤهم، ويمنعهم من تمرير سياساتهم في الظلام. لا يعلمون أنهم بذلك يجعلون صوتنا أعلى وأقوى وأكثر شراسة. ما يجري ليس تطبيقًا للعدالة، بل استخدامٌ للقضاء أداةً للضغط على أصحاب الرأي الحر، وتحويله إلى وسيلة لترهيب الصحافيين والناشطين بدل أن يكون حصنًا لحماية الحقوق والحريات. ومنع تمرير هذا القرار يقع على عاتق الحريصين على المقاومة والممثلين السياسيين لهذه البيئة. لأن سكوتهم يعني تخاذل والقبول به يعني القبول بمصادرة حريتنا، وتجريدنا من حقنا في التعبير، ومن حقنا في مواجهة الظالمين والفاسدين، أوَليس «أفضل الجهاد كلمةُ حقٍّ عند سلطانٍ جائر.» ومنذ تولّيه منصبه، لم يقدّم المدعي العام التمييزي سوى سلسلة من القرارات المسيّسة، من التعاطي المنحاز في ملفات الرأي العام، إلى ملاحقة ناشطين بسبب آرائهم، وصولًا إلى قرارات مخالفة لكل الأصول والأعراف القانونية. واليوم يُضاف إليها قرار ملاحقة صحافي بسبب عمله وكلمته. هذا عدا الحديث عن كيفية إدارته الملفات القضائية وتأثير علاقاته الشخصية فيها. الحقيقة التي يعرفها الجميع هي أن حسن علّيق لم يصبح هدفًا بسبب مخالفةٍ ارتكبها، بل لأنه فضح الكثير. لأن تحقيقاته كشفت ما أراد أصحاب النفوذ إخفاءه، ولأنه وضع إصبعه على ملفاتٍ أوجعت أصحابها. هذه ليست قضية قانون، بل قضية حسابات قديمة وقلوبٍ مليئة بالحقد على كل من يفضحهم ويُعرّي خيانتهم وتخاذلهم. أما نحن، فلن نقبل أن يتحول القضاء إلى عصا تُرفع في وجه أصحاب الكلمة الحرة. فالكلمة الحرّة لا تُعتقل، والحقّ لا يُسجَن. ولن نسمح بأن يصبح توقيف حسن علّيق بدايةً لمسار يراد منه إخضاع كل صحافي وكل صاحب رأي. هذا القاضي يطمح لاستنساخ تجربة ولاة أمره حيث يسعى لملء السجون بالصحافيين والمغردين عوضاً عن عملاء العدو والإرهابيين والفاسدين. هذا القاضي الذي جيء به إلى هذا المركز، يُنفّذ أوامر ولاة أمره صاغرًا، ولا يطبّق شيئًا من العدالة. اليوم حسن علّيق… وغدًا كُلُّ مناهضٍ لمشروع الهيمنة والتطبيع مع القَتَلة على دماء أهلنا، وكلُّ من يفضح الفساد ويكشف الخيانة.

وصل رئيس الجمهورية العماد جوزاف عون واللبنانية الاولى السيدة نعمت عون إلى قاعدة أندروز الجوية العسكرية في واشنطن في بداية زيارة رسمية إلى العاصمة الأميركية بدعوة من الرئيس الاميركي دونالد ترامب. وكان في استقبال الرئيس عون والسيدة الاولى مدير المراسم في وزارة الخارجية الأميركية وقائد القاعدة الجوية وسفيرة لبنان في الولايات المتحدة الاميركية ندى حماده معوض ورئيس بعثة لبنان لدى الامم المتحدة السفير احمد عرفة والملحق العسكري في السفارة اللبنانية العميد أوليفر حاكمة والقنصل وسام بطرس وأركان السفارة ومدير محطة الميدل ايست في واشنطن اديب القسيس. وبعد استراحة قصيرة انتقل الرئيس عون والسيدة عون والوفد المرافق إلى مقر الاقامة حيث اجتمع مع السفيرة معوض وأركان السفارة الدبلوماسيين والإداريين واطلع منهم على مسار العمل وأوضاع الجالية اللبنانية وغيرها من المواضيع المتصلة بالزيارة الرئاسية. ومن المقرر ان يبدأ الرئيس عون لقاءاته الرسمية غدا باجتماع مع وزير الخارجية الاميركية ماركو روبيو ، على ان يستقبله الرئيس ترامب قبل ظهر الثلثاء المقبل في البيت الأبيض. كما ستكون للرئيس عون سلسلة لقاءات مع اعضاء من مجلس الشيوخ والمسؤولين في الادارة الاميركية.
