Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 0 interactions against 64K followers, an engagement rate of 0%. Posts are seen about 1.7K times each, and 0% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.59% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.03 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 3% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 22:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 1 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 100% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 289 interactions. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 205,261 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,894 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 22:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

This account's posting mix compared with catalog-wide effects

  • 100% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
  • 100% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
  • Its average post runs 266 characters, which falls in the 180 - 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 180 to 280 characters match the same accounts' other posts almost exactly.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

On Friday, Dec. 19, we ask that people stay home and off the roads. Wind conditions will be dangerously high, especially in areas west of Broadway in Boulder and along the foothills. There will be significant debris in the roads, including downed limbs and power lines, and some traffic signals will be out. Wind and fire conditions can escalate quickly. Police, Fire and Paramedics will benefit from less traffic on the roads so that they can respond more quickly to emergencies and life safety situations. Thank you for staying home and off the roads if you can, in an effort to support emergency operations and safety in our community. Update on power: Boulder County is still experiencing high wind conditions, and thousands are without power. While power has been restored in limited areas, it will take Xcel Energy crews some time to restore power to everyone. Much of our community, primarily mountain communities, South Boulder, Mapleton Hill and West Pearl, will remain without electricity at least through tonight. Xcel Energy has also announced that another public safety power shutoff is possible for Friday morning. What We Need from the Community: -Prepare now and lean into your support system of neighbors, friends, and family -Build an emergency kit (learn more at https://t.co/IUY3UDR9HV) which includes battery-powered lighting (flashlight, lantern, etc.) and extra batteries -Reduce fire risk activities -Check on neighbors, friends, and family, especially older adults and those living alone -Be patient during restoration Update on travel: There is significant debris on the roads, which could include downed tree limbs and power lines, and many traffic signals remain inoperable. Public safety officials urge caution to anyone who must travel tonight and throughout the wind event.

On Friday, Dec. 19, we ask that people stay home and off the roads. Wind conditions will be dangerously high, especially in areas west of Broadway in Boulder and along the foothills.   There will be significant debris in the roads, including downed limbs and power lines, and some traffic signals will be out. If you must drive, please drive carefully today:  -- Traffic signals are out in many areas around within the City of Boulder and around Boulder County. Anticipate longer travel times.  -- Treat all intersections where power is out as four-way stops  -- Slow down and drive with extra caution  -- Fuel stations and electric vehicle charging may be limited – fuel and charge vehicles before the outage starts  -- RTD is anticipating that their busses will be operating. The CLIMB and Lyons Flyer bus services are closed.  Wind and fire conditions can escalate quickly. Police, Fire and Paramedics will benefit from less traffic on the roads so that they can respond more quickly to emergencies and life safety situations.
