Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 40% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |

- 40% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 653 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

If we keep judging music by streams, charts and awards, more artists will just study what’s working and replicate that formula. Then those same critics will turn around and complain that everything sounds the same or that good music is not being rewarded

We are also not talking about the part where Bae U finds his way around to talk about Carter Efe, Poco Lee, and Don Jazzy to Baba Obasanjo. At this point, these names have already entered Aso Rock, where the President and other top figures hear their names for the first time. It is also a way to redefine and rub out the stained identity of Poco Lee. This alone is the greatest PR that their money can't buy.

Someone whose entry into the United States in 2019 was made possible only by a temporary suspension of a travel ban linked to decade-old bribery scandals, according to Reuters, and whose name and that of his then-wife, Jennifer Douglas (Atiku), appeared in US corruption investigations, is crying premium tears about a man who can travel to America whenever he wishes and has done so more than once, publicly and privately, before and since becoming President. Alhaji @Atiku, how market? Can you show us a single evidence of you in the US before or after the temporary permit to visit the US ahead of the 2019 elections?

“Why are so many of our professionals, especially doctors, leaving for overseas? We need them here. What can we do to improve conditions so they stay and work at home? Africa faces greater challenges than anywhere else. Even with outbreaks like Ebola, we must find preventive ways to eliminate these problems. It is deeply disappointing that, after taking the oath, people still choose not to join the College of Physicians and serve here.” — President Tinubu Who is he asking the question now? On his sophomore album ‘STARLIFE’, Victony gives us a glimpse of the future direction of Afrobeats - edgy, experimental and with global appeal. With a 35 minutes total run time, the 15-song project sees the crooner explore the trappings of his new celebrity lifestyle. The album’s lead singles ‘FRE$H’ and ‘SLICK’ were warning shots to Victony’s sonic reimagining of Afrobeats. The latter’s infectious melodious intro ensures it will remain a fan’s favourite worldwide. ‘TOO LIT’ sets the tone for what is to come in this ‘lifestyle-themed’ project. ‘WHO THIS’ featuring Bnxn continues the conversation on a sexy girl on a brilliant Bigspace beat. ‘STARLIFE’ featuring YKB and Blaqbonez warns a love interest on expectations about loving an artiste. “Baby, no dey take me serious, you know I’m a jonzing guy.” ‘PINO’ and ‘FYNE’ are odes to a beautiful woman. On ‘CLEAR’, Victony brags about landing a baddie over a stellar Ragee beat. There is a cinematic quality to the song and it is one of the songs with huge licensing potential. On ‘2FRESH’, Victony continues the conversation with even more elevated songwriting. ‘ARMED & DANGEROUS’ is a unique Amapiano tune whose title is a call-back to Ayra Starr’s debut album ‘19 & Dangerous’. ‘CAN JUICE’ sees Victony extol the uniqueness of his babe. On ‘MISSING PIECE’, Victony sings longingly for a love interest, expressing his desire to put her in Chanel and fly her to the moon. ‘TWIN’ featuring the rave of the moment, FOLA, explores romantic love as thick as blood. “Show me your pops make I go grrrr on them.” ‘AMAZON’ is about a girl on tour, from California to Amsterdam. ‘TYPO’ closes out the project, with Victony completing his rebrand from ‘Ebelebe’ to ‘Swaggalomo’ - the single thread running through all the songs. For a genre in dire need of innovation, ‘STARLIFE’ represents a fresh take on Afrobeats and puts a global spotlight on Victony. For what it lacks in thematic range, the album makes up for in its superb production and excellent songwriting. With ‘STARLIFE’, Victony makes a bold claim for the throne that is the future of Afrobeats. Sonically-rich, vocally-adept and lyrically-satisfying, the project’s message is clear, even to those who haven’t been paying attention: ‘Swaggalomo’ is here to stay. 9/10. ©️Uzoma Alaneme, 2026. #Victony #STARLIFE #AlbumReview #AlaAfrica
