A typical post picks up 8 interactions against 679K followers, an engagement rate of 0.001%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 11% of 3,791 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 9.2K times each, and 0.087% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 1.35% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.8 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 60% of days. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 24 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 96% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 29 interactions, about 3.6x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #eaa7000, #glp1, #musclerecovery.

Compared with accounts its own size

Bodybuilding.com's engagement rate beats 11% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,791 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 7% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.001%, Bodybuilding.com sits below the 10th percentile of the 36,759 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.012%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 36,759 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 106,964 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

This account posts most often around 13:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

FAT LOSS SWEET POTATO EGG BAKE 🍠🥚 by @madelainerasc (makes 4 generous servings) 265 calories | 30g protein | 23g carbs | 6g fat Ive eaten this with plain yogurt, dill yogurt + avocado, with chicken on the side, or even just 2 massive slices for an easy dinner. So. Damn. Good. 🔥🔥🔥 INGREDIENTS -650g egg whites -2 large eggs -150g 0% Greek yogurt -30g finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano -450g zucchini (about 2 medium), grated -250g sweet potato (about 1 medium) -120g yellow onion (about ½ medium), sliced into thin rings -1 tsp Dijon mustard -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp salt (plus a pinch for the zucchini) -Black pepper, to taste -Light spray of avocado oil 1. Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with the salt. Set it aside for about 15 min to pull the water out. 2. Peel the sweet potato and shave it into ribbons with a Y-peeler. Slice the onion into thin rings. 3. Spread the sweet potato ribbons and onion rings on a parchment tray with a light spray of avocado oil and a pinch of salt. Roast at 400°F for 12-15 min until tender. 4. While that roasts, whisk the egg whites, eggs, Greek yogurt, Parm, Dijon, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. 5. When the sweet potato and onion come out, drop the oven to 350°F. Squeeze all the water out of the zucchini in a towel, then fold the zucchini, roasted sweet potato and onion into the egg mixture (save a few ribbons to decorate the top). 6. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan and arrange the reserved ribbons on top. 7. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 min until set, a knife comes out clean and the top’s a nice golden brown. 8. Rest 10-15 min before slicing into 4. Store in the fridge up to 4 days, or freeze for longer. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer. Bone Apple Teeth ❤️

Reading these numbers

A typical post picks up 8 interactions against 679K followers, an engagement rate of 0.001%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 11% of 3,791 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 9.2K times each, and 0.087% of those impressions turn into an interaction. What is Bodybuilding.com's engagement rate on X?
Bodybuilding.com (@Bodybuildingcom) has an engagement rate of 0.001%, based on the median interactions across 24 original posts from the last 30 days against 679,327 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.001%, Bodybuilding.com sits below the 10th percentile of the 36,759 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @Bodybuildingcom have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 11% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,791 accounts), which puts it in the bottom quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @Bodybuildingcom post?
Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.8 posts per day across the measured window.
