Update Regarding BitMart’s Potential Restructuring and Business Resumption Plan Dear BitMart Users, We are writing to update you on developments further to our announcement dated 26 July 2026. We appreciate the community’s patience during this period. Following further discussions with members of the community, our stakeholders and professional advisers, BitMart is developing a potential restructuring plan as an alternative to a full wind-down. The potential plan may include the phased resumption of certain operations in an orderly manner alongside distributions to creditors, subject to further legal, financial, operational and regulatory assessment. To support this process, BitMart has appointed White & Case as its restructuring counsel. White & Case will work alongside BitMart’s other professional advisers to evaluate the available options and assist in developing the potential restructuring plan, including any framework for the phased resumption of operations.
