ఆలోచన, ఆచరణ కేసీఆర్ గారిది అయితే ప్రచారం కాంగ్రెస్ది అన్నట్లు ఉంది. @KCRBRSPresident గారు ఇచ్చిన ఉద్యోగాలకు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నియామక పత్రాలు ఇచ్చినట్టే.. కేసీఆర్ ప్రారంభించిన TIMS ఆసుపత్రుల ప్రారంభోత్సవాల పేరుతో ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటోంది. డేట్లు, డెడ్లైన్లు మార్చుకుంటూ పోయి, చివరకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభిస్తున్న ఆసుపత్రిలో కూడా పూర్తిస్థాయి వైద్య సేవలు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురాకపోవడం శోచనీయం. వెయ్యి కోట్లతో నిర్మించిన ఆసుపత్రిని కేవలం ఓపీ సేవలకే పరిమితం చేయడం సిగ్గుచేటు. పేరు మార్చినంత సులువుగా ఆస్పత్రులు కట్టిన చరిత్ర మార్చలేవు @revanth_anumula హైదరాబాద్కు మూడు వైపులా మూడు TIMS ఆసుపత్రులు (అల్వాల్, సనత్నగర్, ఎల్బీనగర్) ఏర్పాటు చేసి, పేదలకు ఉచితంగా కార్పొరేట్ స్థాయి సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ వైద్యం అందించాలన్నది కేసీఆర్ గారి ఆలోచన. కరోనా తర్వాత భవిష్యత్ అవసరాలను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని, వందేళ్ల ముందు చూపుతో కేసీఆర్ గారు TIMSలకు రూపకల్పన చేశారు. 2022 ఏప్రిల్ 26న ఒకేరోజు మూడు ప్రభుత్వ మల్టీ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆసుపత్రులకు శంకుస్థాపన చేసి చరిత్ర సృష్టించారు. ప్రణాళిక కేసీఆర్ గారిది.. శంకుస్థాపన కేసీఆర్ గారిది.. నిధులు విడుదల చేసింది కేసీఆర్ ప్రభుత్వమే. ఒక్కో ఆసుపత్రి వెయ్యి పడకల సామర్థ్యంతో తెలంగాణ ఇన్స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ మెడికల్ సైన్సెస్ (TIMS) పేరుతో నిర్మించే మూడింటి నిర్మాణానికి రూ.2,679 కోట్లు మంజూరు చేసింది. బీఆర్ఎస్ హయాంలో శరవేగంగా సాగిన పనులు కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత నత్తనడకన సాగాయి. సకాలంలో పూర్తి చేయడంలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం విఫలమైంది. తేదీలు మారాయి తప్ప TIMS ఆసుపత్రుల నిర్మాణాలు ముందుకు సాగలేదు. ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకు రాలేదు. మూడున్నరేళ్ల సుదీర్ఘ కాలంలో పూర్తిస్థాయి సదుపాయాలు కల్పించకుండా, కేవలం ప్రచారం కోసం నేడు TIMS సనత్నగర్ను ప్రారంభిస్తున్నారు. కనీసం ఆసుపత్రికి నీటి సరఫరా కూడా కల్పించలేదు అంటే పేదల వైద్యం పట్ల వీరికి ఉన్న శ్రద్ధ ఏమిటో అర్థం అవుతుంది. కేసీఆర్ గారు పూర్తి ఉచితంగా వైద్య సేవలు అందించాలని ఆలోచిస్తే, కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం పేదల నుంచి ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ప్రచారంపై ఉన్న శ్రద్ధ, పేద ప్రజలకు ఉచితంగా వైద్య సేవలు అందించడంపై ఎందుకు లేదు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి? ఈ ఆసుపత్రులు సకాలంలో పూర్తయి ఉంటే ఇప్పటికే వేలాది మంది పేదలు అత్యున్నత వైద్య సేవలు పొందేవారు. ఎంతో మంది ప్రాణాలు నిలిచేవి. ఇన్నేళ్లుగా ఆసుపత్రుల నిర్మాణాలు పూర్తి చేయకుండా, ప్రజలకు వైద్యం అందకుండా చేసిన జాప్యానికి కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వమే బాధ్యత వహించాలి. మూడు TIMS సహా వరంగల్ హెల్త్ సిటీ, నిమ్స్ 2000 పడకల కొత్త బ్లాక్ పూర్తయితే కేసీఆర్ గారికి పేరు వస్తుందనే రాజకీయ కక్షతోనే పనులను ఆలస్యం చేయడం నేరపూరిత నిర్లక్ష్యం. ప్రజలకు వైద్య సేవలు అందించాల్సిన ఆసుపత్రులు.. ఇంకా నిర్మాణ దశలోనే ఉండడానికి ఈ ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యమే కారణం. బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ అనేక సార్లు TIMS, వరంగల్ మల్టీ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆసుపత్రులను సందర్శించి, నిర్మాణ పనులు పూర్తి చేయకపోవడంపై ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నిలదీసింది. అయినా ఎలాంటి మార్పు లేదు. ఎక్కడ వేసిన గొంగళి అక్కడే అన్న చందంగా ఉంది. హడావుడిగా సమీక్షలు నిర్వహించి ప్రారంభ తేదీలు ప్రకటించిన మంత్రులు.. ఆసుపత్రుల్లో వైద్య, ఇతర సదుపాయాల కల్పనపై దృష్టి సారించలేదు. పనులు పూర్తి చేయలేదు. ఇప్పటికైనా కండ్లు తెరవండి. కేసీఆర్ గారు ఎంతో ముందుచూపుతో మొదలు పెట్టిన TIMS, వరంగల్ మల్టీ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆసుపత్రుల నిర్మాణాలను యుద్ధ ప్రాతిపదికన పూర్తి చేయండి. కేసీఆర్ గారు ఉచితంగా పేదలకు అత్యున్నత వైద్యం అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ప్రారంభించిన ఆసుపత్రులను ఆదాయ వనరులుగా మార్చుకోవద్దని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాం. ప్రచార యావపై శ్రద్ధ తగ్గించి, బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రారంభించిన TIMS, వరంగల్ మల్టీ సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ, 2000 పడకల నిమ్స్ కొత్త ఆసుపత్రుల నిర్మాణాలను యుద్ధ ప్రాతిపదికన పూర్తి చేసి ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలి. పేదల నుంచి ఎలాంటి రుసుము వసూలు చేయకుండా పూర్తి ఉచితంగా వైద్య సేవలు అందించాలని బిఆర్ఎస్ పక్షాన డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాం. @TelanganaCMO

Open Letter to @revanth_anumula Stop the Raidurg Land Auction. The proposed TGIIC auction of 10.63 acres in Survey No. 83/1, Raidurg, on August 17 and 21 must be stopped immediately. Survey No. 83 has been declared a Heritage Site, while competing ownership claims involving SBI and Waqf rights are already under legal scrutiny. The Supreme Court has also stressed the need to prevent the creation of third party interests while such disputes remain unresolved. In 2020 @revanth_anumula you approached the courts seeking protection for these Raidurg lands. After becoming Chief Minister, how can you now allow an auction that could create third-party rights over disputed property? One stand in the Opposition, another in power? From HCU’s environmental lands to Raidurg’s heritage rock lands, Telangana’s precious public assets are being put at risk. The government must establish lawful ownership and protect this heritage precinct. No auction should be permitted until the title and legal status of the land are conclusively determined. I urge you to immediately stop the proposed auctions and protect these lands for future generations. @TelanganaCMO
