A typical post picks up 114 interactions against 303K followers, an engagement rate of 0.038%. Measured over 13 original posts, its engagement rate beats 44% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 6.3K times each, and 1.80% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.09% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.77 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 50% of days. Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 13 posts sampled, 100% carry an image or video and 8% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.3K interactions, about 12x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #rocketmakers, #civil, #ariane6.

Compared with accounts its own size

ArianeGroup's engagement rate beats 44% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 63% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.038%, ArianeGroup sits above the 25th percentile of the 66,128 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.016% to 0.1%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

🚀 A major milestone for Themis at Esrange Space Center. On 23 July 2026, ArianeGroup and SSC Space teams completed a flight chronology rehearsal, also known as a wet dress rehearsal, with the Themis reusable stage demonstrator, as part of the EU-funded SALTO test campaign. Using liquid nitrogen in place of liquid oxygen and liquid methane, the teams simulated launch operations under cryogenic conditions, with temperatures as low as -200°C. The full-day rehearsal covered the countdown chronology, from the pre-flight preparation of the demonstrator and launch pad to the post-virtual-launch operations required to safe the site. This test has provided essential data for the next stages of the campaign and marks further progress towards the Hop Test: Europe’s first flight test with recovery. Following SALTO’s test-and-learn approach, each successive demonstration helps develop and mature the technologies required for reusability, bringing Europe closer to sovereign capabilities in reusable space technologies. The teams are now working to define the window for the next test. #RocketMakers #Civil #Themis @SSCspace @EU_Commission @ESA_transport @projectsalto

ExoMars: heat shield enters integration phase The European ExoMars Rosalind Franklin Mission has reached another major milestone at ArianeGroup’s Issac site with the arrival of the Martian capsule’s Front Shield structure. Following a successful vibration test campaign designed to validate its mechanical resistance to the stresses of launch and the journey to Mars, the Front Shield has now entered the integration clean room. Teams have begun installing the Norcoat® Liège HPK space-grade cork thermal protection system, a material qualified by ArianeGroup to withstand the extreme conditions of Martian atmospheric entry. A key element of the mission, this heat shield will protect the Rosalind Franklin rover during its entry into the Martian atmosphere, when the capsule will reach speeds of nearly 21,000 km/h and temperatures of up to 1,800°C. With this new industrial phase, ArianeGroup teams continue to contribute to one of Europe’s most ambitious Mars exploration missions. ExoMars overall Program is led by @Thales_Alenia_S Italia (TAS-I) for the @esa. The Rosalind Franklin rover, developed by @Thales_Alenia_S Italy and Airbus Defence and Space UK, will search for signs of past or present life on Mars, notably using a drill capable of extracting samples from up to two metres below the surface. #RocketMakers #SpaceIndustry #Civil #Innovation

One mission. Different answers. Long-range ballistic systems are game changers on the battlefield: Range, payload, accuracy and mission profile can be tailored to meet a wide range of operational needs. That is why a ballistic line-up is not built around a single system, but around complementary solutions designed to address different mission profiles. Only a few actors are mastering the related technologies. ArianeGroup B-STRIKE line-up is not a single solution: based on a shared foundation, it offers a set of sovereign capabilities adapted to different mission profiles. Because meeting operational needs starts with having the right system. #RocketMakers #Defence #BStrikeLineUp

What makes a ballistic system… ballistic? A ballistic system leaves the atmosphere within moments, accelerates to extremely high speeds, and re-enters into the atmosphere, undergoes high thermal and mechanical stress and reaches precisely its objective on a previously calculated trajectory. This flight profile combines speed, altitude and precision to deliver long-range capabilities while following a trajectory calculated in a few minutes before launch. Behind this seemingly simple principle lies decades of expertise in propulsion, re-entry technologies, guidance, navigation and flight control. At ArianeGroup, this expertise forms the foundation of the B-Strike ballistic line-up, building on decades of experience acquired through France's strategic deterrence programmes since the 1990s. #RocketMakers #Defence #BStrikeLineUp

Behind every ballistic system stands an industrial ecosystem. Designing a sovereign ballistic capability goes far beyond developing a single product. It brings together engineers, industrial teams and decades of expertise across propulsion, guidance, navigation, flight control and system integration. Every discipline contributes to the final performance. Every team plays a part. Because sovereign capabilities are never built by a single technology. They are built by people. #RocketMakers #Defence #BStrikeLineUp

🚀 We all know Ariane 6's propulsion. Solid boosters.
Vulcain 2.1.
Vinci. But once MTG-I2 separates from the launcher, another ArianeGroup propulsion system takes over. Because launch is only the beginning of the journey. #RocketMakers #SpacePropulsion #MTGI2 https://t.co/KHfMbOKv4A

Reading these numbers

A typical post picks up 114 interactions against 303K followers, an engagement rate of 0.038%. Measured over 13 original posts, its engagement rate beats 44% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 6.3K times each, and 1.80% of those impressions turn into an interaction. What is ArianeGroup's engagement rate on X?
ArianeGroup (@ArianeGroup) has an engagement rate of 0.038%, based on the median interactions across 13 original posts from the last 30 days against 302,529 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.038%, ArianeGroup sits above the 25th percentile of the 66,128 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @ArianeGroup have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 44% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @ArianeGroup post?
Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.77 posts per day across the measured window.
