يجب ان تفهم كيف تفكر الاداره فى مصر : انا قضيت على العشوائيات انا بنيت كل الكباري والطرقات انا ضاعفت عدد المستشفيات انا اهتممت بالصعيد والقري البعيده انا افتتحت الجامعات الجديده والأهلية انا قضيت على التكدس فى الفصول انا ارجعت الامن والامان بعدما كانت البلد مولعه انا حافظت على الحدود رغم المصايب التى تحيط بنا انا غيرت كل محطات الكهربا انا وفرت الطاقه والوقود انا عندى دور محورى فى اي اتفاق فى المنطقه انا مازلت ادعم الفقراء ورغيف الخبز انا مازلت قادر على جذب انواع من الاستثمار انا لم اتورط فى اي صراع انا قضيت على كل اعداء الوطن انا رفعت الحد الادنى للاجور اكثر من مره انا ارعى شكلا من اشكال الديمقراطيه ومجلس نيابى يقر قوانين واجراءات انا عندى جيش قوى رادع لاي عدوان امام هذا وبعض هذا تشعر الاداره ان ما تم عمله كثير ولكن المواطن يرد ببساطه : الحياه صعبه والدخل لا يكفى واي تنميه مهما كانت يجب ان تنعكس على حياتى وجيبي هذه هى الإشكاليه باختصار الان ! نحن امام طرفين فى المعادله لا يرون الا واقعهم فقط ! ولذلك يجب ان يكون هناك توازن ما يجعل الطرفين فى حاله رضا ما ، الاداره بانجازاتها والمواطن بطلباته المشروعه . الامر يحتاج بعض العلاج وبعض السياسه وهو امر ليس مستحيلا ابدا
