بيان تلقيت باستغراب شديد قرار هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات القاضي بمنعي من الظهور الإعلامي لمدة تسعين يوماً، وهو قرار أرفضه شكلاً ومضموناً، وأعدّه سابقة خطيرة تمس حرية التعبير التي كفلها الدستور العراقي في مادته الثامنة والثلاثين، وتمثل انتكاسة للمسار الديمقراطي الذي دفع العراقيون ثمناً باهظاً من أجله. إن ما نشرته كان رأياً شخصياً عبر حسابي في إحدى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، ولم يصدر عبر أي مؤسسة إعلامية، ولم يُبث من خلال برنامجي أو قناة UTV، الأمر الذي يثير تساؤلاً مشروعاً عن الأساس القانوني الذي استندت إليه الهيئة لمعاقبة مؤسسة إعلامية وبرنامج تلفزيوني بسبب رأي شخصي كفله الدستور لكل مواطن. إن الدستور العراقي لم يُكتب لحماية السلطة من النقد، بل لحماية حق المواطنين في التعبير عن آرائهم، مهما كانت قاسية أو مخالفة لوجهات نظر المسؤولين. وإن تحويل الهيئات التنظيمية إلى أدوات لمعاقبة الآراء لا ينسجم مع دولة المؤسسات والقانون، بل يفتح الباب أمام تكميم الأفواه وترهيب الإعلاميين والصحفيين وكل أصحاب الرأي. وللأسف، فإن الإجراءات الأخيرة الصادرة عن هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات توحي بأن المؤسسة بدأت تبتعد عن دورها التنظيمي، وتتجه نحو ممارسات يغلب عليها الطابع الشخصي في التعامل مع الأصوات الناقدة، وهو أمر يسيء إلى سمعة الهيئة قبل أن يسيء إلى أي إعلامي. ومن هذا المنطلق فإنني أتوجه إلى دولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء، السيد علي الزيدي، والسيد فائق زيدان رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى، والقاضي ضياء جعفر الذين تابع العراقيون فجر هذا اليوم إجراءاتهم الحازمة والمباركة في ملاحقة الفاسدين، مؤكداً أن معركة بناء الدولة لا تكتمل بمحاربة الفساد وحدها، بل بحماية الحقوق والحريات التي كفلها الدستور العراقي، وفي مقدمتها حرية التعبير. فلا يمكن لدولة قوية أن تنتصر على الفساد إذا خسرت في الوقت نفسه معركة الحريات. والإعلام الحر كان وسيبقى أحد أهم أسلحة الدولة في كشف الفساد ومحاسبة الفاسدين، وقد كنت، وما زلت، واحداً من الإعلاميين الذين وقفوا في الصف الأول لكشف ملفات الفساد والدفاع عن المال العام، ولذلك فإن حماية الإعلام الحر لا تقل أهمية عن ملاحقة الفاسدين، لأن كليهما يخدم الدولة ويعزز ثقة المواطن بمؤسساتها. كما أتوجه إلى سماحة السيد عمار الحكيم، الذي يتحدث دوماً عن دفاعه عن حرية التعبير والحوار واحترام التعددية، للتدخل من أجل تصحيح هذا المسار، ومنع ترسيخ نهج يضيّق مساحة حرية التعبير التي تشكل إحدى ركائز النظام الديمقراطي في العراق. أعلن هنا إنني سأواصل الدفاع عن حقي، وعن حق كل إعلامي ومواطن عراقي في التعبير عن رأيه ضمن الأطر التي رسمها الدستور والقانون، لأن حرية التعبير ليست امتيازاً تمنحه سلطة، وإنما حق دستوري لا يجوز مصادرته بقرار إداري. أحمد ملا طلال

هناك قرار دولي أن لا يخرج مسي من البطولة. ضربة جزاء صريحة لمحمد صلاح تلتها هجمة مرتدة وسجلت الأرجنتين منها هدف. نفس الخطأ الذي ارتكبه مدافع مصر مع مارتنيز الذي سجل بعده زيكو الهدف وتم إلغاءه. حتى لم يكلف الحكم نفسه بالعودة إلى ال VAR.
