A typical post picks up 91 interactions against 123K followers, an engagement rate of 0.074%. Measured over 20 original posts, its engagement rate beats 49% of 20,444 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 4.9K times each, and 1.87% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.97% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.9 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 40% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 20 posts sampled, 50% carry an image or video, 5% are part of a thread and 15% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 6.6K interactions, about 73x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #releaseimaanandhadi, #stopahmadiaapartheid, #سوچئے.

Compared with accounts its own size

Jalila Haider's engagement rate beats 49% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 59% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.074%, Jalila Haider sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.024% to 0.143%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 15% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 559 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Today is the birthday of my little cousin Noyan Batoor, who was only 18 years old when he was killed in a bus bomb blast in Mastung in 2014, along with his father, Babu Shoukat Ali, while they were returning to Quetta from Iran. His childhood friend also died in the same bus. Our family was preparing food for their return because, in our culture, when someone comes home after a long journey, we invite relatives and gather for a meal. Instead, we received the devastating news of their deaths. His mother suddenly became both a widow and childless. If he were alive today, he would be a grown man, and perhaps we would be celebrating his wedding. He was also a wonderful photographer. May they all rest in peace. Their absence is still deeply felt. Happy birthday baba 🌺🌺 may you always rest in love.

Someone asked me, You have an Arabic name. Are you Arab? I said, No, I’m Persian speaking and come from a Turko Mongol “Hazara family” from Pakistan. He replied, very Interesting 🤣🤣. I said, Exactly. My introduction needs a history lesson, a migration map, and probably a cup of tea. 😂

A personal note: When I found out that I had been selected for the @rightlivelihood Award, one of the first things I did was visit their website. I wanted to see who had received the award before me, especially people from Pakistan and from our region. Two names immediately caught my attention: Asma Jahangir from Pakistan and Dr. Sima Samar, a Hazara woman from Afghanistan. As children, we used to see Asma Jahangir on television and hear about her in the news. At that time, I did not fully understand her work or how difficult it was for a woman to speak so openly against powerful people and institutions. When I grew up, became a lawyer, and started working in human rights, I understood her courage in a completely different way. She was very clear, straightforward and brave. She did not try to please everyone, and she did not change her position because something was unpopular or difficult. Her work made many things easier for the lawyers and human rights defenders who came after her, especially women. I often think that it may take us many years to develop even a small part of the courage she had. Dr. Sima Samar’s name was also very personal for me. I had heard about her since childhood. She was a well known Hazara woman and someone many people in our community respected. As I grew older, I learned more about her life, her work, women’s movements in Afghanistan, and feminism. As a Hazara woman, she became one of the people who inspired me. She made me understand that feminism was not something far away from our own society and experiences. A Hazara woman from our region could also stand against discrimination, patriarchy and extremism and work for women’s rights and education. Her own life was also very difficult. She was very young when her husband, who was a teacher and intellectual, was forcibly disappeared. She had a young son and had to continue her life under very difficult circumstances. Despite all of that, she continued her work and spent years supporting education, healthcare and the rights of women and girls, especially in Afghanistan. She also faced criticism and attacks from conservative and right wing groups, but she continued. That part of her life always stayed with me because, as a Hazara woman and later as a feminist, I could understand how difficult it is to challenge patriarchy both within inside and outside. So when I saw the names of Asma Jahangir and Sima Samar on the Right Livelihood website, I felt very emotional. These were not just two famous women for me. I had grown up hearing about them. Later, their lives and work became more meaningful to me because of my own work as a lawyer, human rights defender and Hazara woman. Then I saw my own name on the same list. I still find that hard to believe. I feel very proud to be listed among women like them, but I also feel humbled. I do not know if I will ever be like them, and I do not want to compare myself with what they achieved. I only know that their work has influenced the way I understand courage, responsibility and human rights. I hope I can continue my own work with the same honesty and commitment, and I hope that one day another young woman from Pakistan, Afghanistan, or any other country can see these names and feel that she can also do something meaningful with her life. Note: My last picture with the late Asma Jahangir was taken in 2017, when she came to Quetta for the Quetta Lawyers’ Memorial Day. No one could have imagined that she was fighting cancer at the time. She never spoke about how unwell she was, and then one day, she left all of us.

What is Jalila Haider's engagement rate on X?
Jalila Haider (@Advjalila) has an engagement rate of 0.074%, based on the median interactions across 20 original posts from the last 30 days against 122,911 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.074%, Jalila Haider sits above the 25th percentile of the 205,261 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @Advjalila have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 49% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (20,444 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @Advjalila post?
Most posts go out around 14:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.87 posts per day across the measured window.
