When he started aging out of the programs meant for kids, his dad saw what happens next a lot of families get left with less support just when the need doesn’t go away. So Farrell launched a foundation to help adults with intellectual disabilities and the people who care for them. He said he wants the world to treat James with kindness and respect. That’s the bar. Every health care interaction paid for by insurance or the government is recorded and obtainable through several databases - an all claims database. It's anonymous and legal. This information is critical to researching healthcare outcomes, prevalence of diseases, spending, and all aspects of our healthcare system. TRAs now routinely claim that reporting sex rejecting procedures in the same way will result in a "list" the government will use to round them up. Their delusions are not a legal defense against a prosecution for violating the federal False Claims Act.
