A typical post picks up 194 interactions against 458K followers, an engagement rate of 0.042%. Measured over 27 original posts, its engagement rate beats 53% of 3,774 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 10.0K times each, and 1.95% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.18% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.9 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 77% of days. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Compared with accounts its own size

Office of the President of Ukraine's engagement rate beats 53% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 69% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.042%, Office of the President of Ukraine sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.08%.

In the strike on Radushne, for the first time in a while, the Russians used a North Korean missile, according to preliminary data. Of course, more examinations will follow, and everything will be verified, but as of now – it is a North Korean ballistic missile. The alliance between the Moscow scumbags and the deranged regime in North Korea exists for the sake of missiles, North Korean troops on our borders here in Europe, and killing our Ukrainian children. Of course, many around the world condemned this strike today. There were many expressions of sympathy over the loss of life. European countries also made many statements because a Russian missile flew into Polish territory and exploded somewhere in a field near Lublin. What matters most, however, is not mere sympathy and condemnation, but air defense missiles and pressure on Russia that can stop this dumb Russian war. Air defense missiles – for Patriots in the first place, but also for NASAMS, IRIS-T, HAWK, and our other systems – are the key priority. I hope that all of our partners – above all our American partners, as well as our friends in Europe – will feel that real human lives depend on whether they help us.

The situation on the front, together with our long-range sanctions and mid-range strikes, is creating a new atmosphere around Putin. A very toxic atmosphere. He alone is the reason this war began and hasn't ended. Putin alone is responsible for the losses Russians continue to suffer. His retinue understands this – they are signaling it to us and to our partners. Russian society is beginning to feel it more and more as well. We need decisions to bring about peace.

Today, we received information from the American side about the meetings in Moscow that took place the other day. There was a series of meetings. We spoke before the meetings, and we have spoken again now with the Americans. Thank you for the information – and for the necessary tone of the conversation with Russia. We value the alignment of steps and the fact that America is advancing a realistic vision of what needs to be done and what must be achieved. Russia must end its war, and all the necessary conditions must be created to make that happen.

It is really important that @LauraLoomer is in Ukraine and sees things with her own eyes as they are. There is no better way to get informed opinion than through personal experience which allows to deal with Russian propaganda.

Sean Hannity is set to air a pre-taped interview with President Zelenskyy later this Tuesday. Meanwhile, during his remarks at Sen. Lindsey Graham’s funeral, Hannity had this to say about the Ukrainian president and the Ukrainian people: “I see President Zelenskyy is here. President Zelenskyy, I know that Lindsey would have been deeply moved and honored that you made this long journey to be here today. God, our Father called him home not long after he returned from yet another perilous trip to Kyiv to meet with you. In our private conversations, he often marveled at your strength against the world, one of the world's most brutal regimes. He saw you, and he said it to me once, as a warrior poet or a warrior comedian. He used those terms. And on paper, I think everybody would agree, on paper, Ukraine would have been defeated in months. And here we are nearly five years later, and your country has shown a fighting spirit that no one ever predicted. Now, he was proud of you and the courage of your countrymen” - Sean Hannity American television presenter, he hosts The Sean Hannity Show on Fox News.

What is Office of the President of Ukraine's engagement rate on X?
Office of the President of Ukraine (@APUkraine) has an engagement rate of 0.042%, based on the median interactions across 27 original posts from the last 30 days against 457,883 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.042%, Office of the President of Ukraine sits above the 25th percentile of the 36,654 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @APUkraine have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 53% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,774 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @APUkraine post?
Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.87 posts per day across the measured window.
