A typical post picks up 290 interactions against 235K followers, an engagement rate of 0.123%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 65% of 15,519 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 8.1K times each, and 3.55% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.47% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 3.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 33% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 09:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 24 posts sampled, 54% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 2.2K interactions, about 7.7x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

My Deen My Swag 💫's engagement rate beats 65% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (15,519 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 81% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.123%, My Deen My Swag 💫 sits above the 25th percentile of the 156,396 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.022% to 0.127%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 156,396 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 26,062 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 333 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

We all know that what Haifa did was wrong and virtually nobody supported her actions. However, I have questions about what happened afterwards. From what I have followed, after her tweet went viral, OPay only asked her to take down the post and issue an apology within a specified timeframe. My understanding is that she did exactly what she was asked to do she removed the post and apologised. So, why would OPay still go ahead to have her arrested, particularly if she had complied with the company’s demands? I would have viewed the matter differently if Haifa had refused to take down the post or apologise after being asked to do so. But if she did exactly what OPay requested, then I believe there are legitimate questions about why her arrest was still necessary, especially if the decision was influenced by calls from social media users demanding her arrest. I therefore want to make a sincere and strong appeal to OPay, please, kindly look into this matter again. Haifa is a young woman and a student. She made a mistake, was called out for it, and, from what we all saw, complied with the corrective steps OPay itself requested. If that is indeed the case, I believe keeping her in custody serves little useful purpose. We can condemn what Haifa did without condemning her as a person. We can hold people accountable for their mistakes while still showing compassion, especially when they have acknowledged the wrongdoing and complied with the remedy requested of them. OPay, please reconsider this matter. We appeal to you to have Haifa released and allow this incident to end with a lesson learned rather than a young student’s life being unnecessarily derailed. @OPay_NG

Families of the victims who died in NSCDC custody in Niger State have reportedly returned the ₦100,000 tokens said to have been given by the Niger State Government, saying they cannot accept what they consider “blood money” for their loved ones, whom they allege were killed while in detention by officials. The families are demanding accountability and justice rather than financial compensation.

Reading these numbers

What is My Deen My Swag 💫's engagement rate on X?
My Deen My Swag 💫 (@AM_Saleeeem) has an engagement rate of 0.123%, based on the median interactions across 24 original posts from the last 30 days against 234,827 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.123%, My Deen My Swag 💫 sits above the 25th percentile of the 156,396 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @AM_Saleeeem have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 65% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (15,519 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @AM_Saleeeem post?
Most posts go out around 09:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 3.57 posts per day across the measured window.
