How long does a role ping promotion take?

Delivery times depend on the seller. Each listing shows its delivery window - most are completed within 24-96 hours.

How do escrow payments work?

Your payment is locked in escrow when you order. The seller can't access it until you confirm the promotion is live and the proof checks out.

What if the seller doesn't deliver?

If the seller misses the delivery window or the promotion doesn't go live as agreed, you can open a dispute. Our admin team reviews the evidence and refunds you if appropriate.

Can I see metrics before ordering?

Yes - every listing shows verified members, average impressions, engagement rate, and historical seller ratings.
