Respected @ncbn garu, I would like to begin by sincerely appreciating your bold and visionary step in allotting land to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Visakhapatnam. Such initiatives will pave the way for real investments, job creation, and the upliftment of Andhra Pradesh’s image as a global technology destination. However, I am deeply concerned about another parallel land allotment — of 60 acres to a newly floated company, Ursa Clusters Pvt Ltd, purportedly for setting up a data center project valued at ₹5,728 crore. This includes 3.5 acres in the IT Park and a massive 56.36 acres at Kapuluppada. Sir, I would like to bring to your attention strong and credible indications that this is nothing but a benami and fraudulent scheme orchestrated by Vijayawada MP Kesineni Sivanath, using frontmen to gain control over prime public land for private profiteering. The facts speak for themselves: * Ursa Clusters Pvt Ltd was incorporated just weeks before the land allotment, with no past experience, no credible background, and no visible means to execute such a high-capacity project. * One of the directors, Abburi Satish, is not only a longtime associate and engineering college classmate of the MP but also his former business partner in the infamous 21st Century Investments & Properties Pvt Ltd, a company that collected crores from the public and closed down after cheating many innocent buyers. * It is widely alleged that Kesineni Sivanath himself is the hidden force behind Ursa, using his influence as an MP and as President of the Andhra Cricket Association to push this land deal through under the guise of investment. * Numerous reports in the media and among the public point to the MP’s deep involvement in sand, fly ash, gravel mining, gambling dens and real estate mafias, all while openly misusing the name of Nara Lokesh claiming these illegal acts are done on his behalf. It is evident that this land allotment is not intended for genuine industrial development but is instead a covert land-grabbing exercise using government mechanisms for personal gain. Allowing this would not only harm the public interest but also damage the credibility of your administration, which has always claimed to uphold clean and transparent governance. I respectfully urge you to: * Immediately cancel the land allotment to Ursa Clusters Pvt Ltd * Order a detailed inquiry into the company’s ownership, source of funds, and political connections * Take strict action against those misusing your leadership and the party’s name for corrupt purposes The people of Andhra Pradesh are watching closely. Kesireddy Rajasekhar Reddy, a former government advisor and now arrested prime accused in the liquor scam, is a designated partner in Pryde Infracon LLP — alongside MP Kesineni Sivanath and his wife Janaki Lakshmi Kesineni. The company is registered at Plot No. 9, Survey No. 403, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad – 500033. Notably, Eshanvi Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd., the company operated by Kasireddy and his arrested aide Dileep Paila, shares this same address. Most alarming is that both Pryde Infracon LLP and Eshanvi Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. use the same official email ID: [email protected] — clearly indicating not just proximity, but also a deeper and deliberate operational linkage between the two entities. Given that Eshanvi may have been already under the scanner with two key people arrested, the direct connection to a sitting MP ,Vijayawada raises grave concerns of political shielding and financial collusion. Furthermore, there is credible information suggesting that the Kesineni Sivanath( chinni) ,Member of Parliament,Vijayawada has invested large sums of illicitly routed funds into Hyderabad real estate and offshore companies, namely: Kesineni International Ltd., Delaware, USA Kesineni Global Enterprises, Dubai, UAE These may be used to launder and hold unaccounted wealth from domestic operations tied to the scam. I respectfully request your immediate intervention to order an independent and high-level investigation into the following: Pryde Infracon LLP, where arrested liquor scam accused Kesireddy Rajasekhar Reddy is a partner alongside MP Kesineni Sivanath and his wife Janaki Lakshmi Kesineni. Shared email and address between Pryde and Eshanvi — both linked directly to those arrested. Real estate investments in Hyderabad and benami land purchases. Suspected hawala transactions, third-party conduits etc. The Kesineni Sivanath(Chinni) connection to and ownership of overseas entities: Kesineni International Ltd. Yet false criminal complaints are being filed against my childhood friend Tatineni Ram Babu, who has no political involvement whatsoever, apparently at the instance of the present MP. Task Force PSI Mr. Naveen (Vijayawada) mobile number 9542042118 visited his house in his absence and harassed his mother. This is causing immense distress to an innocent family.
