Early reading. We have captured 1 original post for this account, below the 8 we require before treating a median as settled. The numbers above describe what we have seen so far, not a finished profile of the account.

A typical post picks up 45 interactions against 124K followers, an engagement rate of 0.036%. Posts are seen about 5.6K times each, and 0.799% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 4.56% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.07 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 3% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 04:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 6.0K interactions, about 133x its own typical post. Only 1 original post have been captured so far, fewer than the 8 posts we want behind a median before treating it as settled. Read the figures above as an early measurement of this account, not as a finished profile of it.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.036%, EMURGO sits above the 25th percentile of the 157,632 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.022% to 0.128%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 157,632 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 25,982 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

Posting timing

This account posts most often around 04:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 113 characters, which falls in the 80 - 180 characters band. Across the catalog, posts of 80 to 180 characters run 3% below the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Dropping by to let everyone know that I spoke with @phillip_pon and we are working out a plan to create a discord for a great migration of the Cardano community from X. We can have happy, positive, well-moderated channels and leave behind the drama, lies, endless rage, and embittered people for a place where real conversations and real progress can be made. I will continue broadcasting live streams to X as I have a million followers here, but will only take AMA questions from the new Cardano and current Midnight discords. I've seen some commentary that broadcasting means I'm back on X. For those people, I can't solve stupid. Enjoy your scandals of the week and FUD. Real work is done elsewhere. Looking forward to Cardano ascending to better days, governance, and culture.

Crypto's next phase will not be won by isolated ecosystems. The largest interoperability deployment in Cardano's history is coming. Earlier this year, we announced that all of crypto would be connected to Cardano via LayerZero, creating a path for over 800 tokens to natively expand into the Cardano ecosystem. The complex technical work will roll out in phases, from testnet and mainnet endpoints, to Stargate, to developer tooling that makes it easy for anyone to deploy, to product integrations across the entire LayerZero stack. By the end of this year, any asset will be able to deploy on Cardano. While this work is in flight, we'll be teaming up with the Cardano teams to share more behind the scenes: a detailed roadmap, a deep dive on our partnership, and co-hosted digital and IRL events for the community. We're excited for what this work means for both LayerZero and Cardano, and can't wait to share more in the coming weeks. A connected Cardano. Done right. https://t.co/ywpxbSRzHH

Today, we formally notified the entities that we will be stepping down from our duties as a member of the Pentad. We want to thank the members for their shared commitment to Cardano throughout our time working alongside them. Our immediate priority is the @secondfiapp recovery process, and we are concentrating our resources where they are needed most. We believe this is the right decision for our users and for the ecosystem, and it reflects the standard of accountability we hold ourselves to as a founding entity of Cardano. As stated by SecondFi, quarantine mode is being enabled this week, letting users check if a wallet address appears in preliminary incident data and submit a support ticket. Our intention is that next week, the secure wallet export will be deployed to help affected users safely move assets to a new wallet. On asset recovery, we continue to make progress with the recovery tool, initiated through a portal, that keeps users in control while protecting their information

As many in the community will know, EMURGO has recently been focused on managing the SecondFi incident. As a result, EMURGO has informed us that it is unable to allocate the necessary resources to plan and execute Token2049. Intersect has received and reviewed a request from EMURGO to transfer delivery responsibility for Token2049 to the Cardano Foundation. Following discussions between EMURGO, the Cardano Foundation and Intersect, this transfer has now been mutually agreed and accepted. In our role as administrator, Intersect’s priority is to support delivery of what was approved by DReps and outlined in the governance action metadata. Given the timing of the event, the need to act pragmatically, and the importance of avoiding unnecessary delivery uncertainty, we believe this is the right course of action. The Cardano Foundation has agreed to deliver Token2049 in line with the approved scope. Both @emurgo_io and Intersect regard @Cardano_CF as a reputable and capable ecosystem partner with a strong track record of delivering major events to the expected standard. Delivery of Token2049 is now transitioning to the Cardano Foundation and we look forward to seeing Token2049 delivered in October.
