🚨 ABSOLUTELY SICKENING: An Oregon nurse allegedly SLAMMED a helpless, ventilator-dependent toddler so violently that her trach tube ripped loose. And it was all caught on camera. Devante Jermaine Hamilton, 33, was hired to care for the medically fragile girl inside her Oregon City home. The 20-month-old has 18 preexisting conditions, according to Deputy District Attorney Alexander Hayes, including cerebral palsy, respiratory failure and dependence on a ventilator. Her parents said their daughter was born extremely premature and spent nearly a year in the hospital before finally coming home. They entrusted Hamilton, a registered nurse, with caring for her Monday through Thursday. The parents reportedly noticed bruising around their daughter’s eyes in May or June and took her to Oregon Health & Science University. They later installed cameras in the nursery. When another bruise appeared on her face in September, the family reviewed the footage. Prosecutors say the cameras captured repeated alleged as$aults. “He slammed her body so hard that her trach tube disconnected from her throat,” Hayes told the court. “There are so many videos from September 15-17 where the defendant can be seen abusing this 20-month-old vulnerable individual who he was tasked with caring for and administering aid,” the prosecutor added. Oregon City Police and the Oregon Department of Human Services opened an investigation on Sept. 18 after receiving a report of suspicious injuries. Detectives allege the abu$e occurred on numerous occasions over several months. Hayes said Hamilton admitted the alleged as$aults during questioning and blamed frustration stemming from his personal life. Oregon City detectives arrested Hamilton on Sept. 24 and booked him into the Clackamas County Jail. He faces charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment, third-degree as$ault, harassment and menacing. Bail was set at $500,000. A judge also prohibited Hamilton from contacting any children, including his own. “Having that trust broken in the one place our child should have been safest has been profoundly painful,” the girl’s parents told FOX 12. Police say Hamilton has worked in other healthcare settings involving vulnerable patients. Investigators believe there could be additional victims and are urging other families to come forward. 🚨 ICE HAS ARRESTED THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CAREGIVER whose att@ck on a 75-year-old dementia patient was captured on camera. His de*th was ruled a HOM*CIDE. Obiageriaku Jane Iheanacho, a Nigerian national, was convicted of first-degree as$ault and abuse of a vulnerable adult after att@cking Ellsworth Johnson-Bey inside a Baltimore nursing facility. DHS announced her immigration arrest on Sept. 25 and identified her as a “criminal illegal alien from Nigeria.” The victim, Johnson-Bey, known to friends as “Brother Bey,” was a community activist who founded the Fraternal Order of Ex-Offenders and helped former prisoners rebuild their lives. He was also a vulnerable dementia patient entrusted to the staff at Autumn Lake Post Acute Care Center. On May 15, 2022, surveillance cameras recorded Iheanacho confronting the 75-year-old over a box of rubber gloves. Prosecutors said Johnson-Bey stepped backward as Iheanacho approached, struck him, forced him against a wall and pushed him to the floor. The fall broke his left hip. Iheanacho did not immediately help him. WBAL reported that while Johnson-Bey remained injured on the floor for more than a minute, she walked down the hall and fixed her hair. Judge Jennifer Schiffer later said she was deeply troubled by both the att@ck and Iheanacho’s failure to render aid. Johnson-Bey was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital before returning to the facility for rehabilitation. He never got out of bed again. His health deteriorated as he developed pneumonia, blood clots in his lungs and COVID-19. He d*ed in a hospital on Sept. 5, 2022. Maryland’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his de*th a homcide caused by blunt-force trauma. Baltimore homicide detectives arrested Iheanacho in January 2023 and charged her with second-degree m*rder and as$ault. She later pleaded guilty to first-degree as$ault and first-degree abuse of a vulnerable adult. The m*rder charge was dropped under the plea agreement and never went before a jury. Schiffer sentenced her to 25 years in prison, but SUSPENDED all but seven. Iheanacho was also ordered to serve five years of supervised probation and permanently barred from caring for vulnerable adults. “I am sorry for my actions,” she told Johnson-Bey’s family. “It was not intentional. Please forgive me.” A subsequent lawsuit filed by Johnson-Bey’s family alleges that police and nursing facilities had previously received complaints accusing Iheanacho of rough or violent behavior toward other patients. Those earlier allegations did not result in criminal convictions, but the lawsuit argues that her employment history should have prompted further scrutiny before she was placed in another facility with vulnerable residents. Now ICE has taken Iheanacho into custody. DHS grouped her arrest with those of other illegal immigrants convicted of violent crimes and pledged to continue removing dangerous foreign offenders from American communities. A 75-year-old dementia patient was knocked to the floor by someone entrusted with protecting him. He broke his hip, never walked again and d*ed less than four months later. His caregiver received seven years, and taxpayers will now fund the process of removing her from a country where DHS says she was never legally entitled to remain. #ICE #Baltimore

A man who punched and shook a baby into blindness is out after about four years and COMPLAINING that his own life is hard. He's also demanding THIS mugshot disappear - how about "hell no"?!?! ⠀ Connor James Hume was 18 when he struck the infant in the head and shook the child so hard the baby nearly d*ed. Durham Crown Court heard the blows caused a front-right haematoma that needed emergency surgery. ⠀ Judge James Adkin said in April 2021, “A perfectly well baby is now blind in both eyes, has cerebral palsy due to brain damage and requires constant 24-hour care.” A jury convicted Hume of causing or allowing serious physical harm to a child. ⠀ He got eight years and ten months and was due to serve half on licence. The UK Database says he has now written in saying he is struggling, has little support, and cannot see a future. ⠀ He also objects to his mugshot circulating and says he has been punished and wants to move on. The child’s carer told the court a healthy, carefree life was robbed from that baby. ⠀ Hume is free to send emails. That child still needs 24-hour care. ⠀ #evil #prison

TPM reports Oregon released her from jail at least five times. ⠀ U.S. Attorney Scott E. Bradford's office charged illegal reentry after another biometric hit in 2026. On September 2 she pleaded guilty and drew eight months in federal prison plus a year of supervised release. ⠀ ICE had to hunt her through fingerprints because Oregon would not pick up the phone. Islamic State Mozambique Province claimed that its offensive in 2025 struck villages across Cabo Delgado and Nampula, including Chiure-Velho, Nacocha, Nacussa, Mahip, Macomia and Nakioto. In Nakioto, the terr*rist group claimed it burned one church and more than 100 Christian homes. In Mahip, it claimed another church and 23 homes were destroyed. The precise de*th toll remains disputed. Outside monitors documented at least 11 Christians k*lled in a two-week period, while MEMRI calculated that the Islamic State affiliate’s own claims amounted to approximately 30 behe*dings. CNN later reported that an offensive beginning Sept. 7 near Mocímboa da Praia included the behe*ding of dozens of mostly Christian men and forced tens of thousands of residents to flee. The attacks were part of an Islamic insurgency that has terrorized northern Mozambique since 2017, claiming thousands of lives and displacing more than one million people. But this crisis extends far beyond Mozambique. Early in 2025, approximately 70 Christians abducted from villages in North Kivu were found de*d inside a Protestant church in Kasanga, Democratic Republic of Congo. Local sources said the victims had been bound and that some had reportedly been behe*ded. The Allied Democratic Forces, an Islamic State affiliate, was blamed for the massacre. Nigeria remains the DEADLIEST COUNTRY in the world for Christians. Open Doors counted 4,849 Christians k*lled for their faith during its latest reporting period. Of those victims, 3,490 (72%) were k*lled in Nigeria. Islamic State affiliates are behe*ding Christians, burning their churches and driving entire communities from their homes across Africa. 🚨 COMMUNITY SAFETY ALERT: A black man was CAUGHT ON CAMERA following a woman home and assaulting her outside of her apartment building. Thank God she FOUGHT BACK! Newark police are searching for a man accused of following the woman from a bus stop and attacking her outside her apartment building. Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. said the woman had just finished work and was walking home shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. As she approached the 200 block of Leslie Street, she noticed the man watching her and following behind. When she reached her building, police say he came up from behind. She turned around, and he allegedly began punching her in the face and body while ordering her to remain quiet. The video is disturbing, but her determination is INCREDIBLE. She refused. The woman fought back and screamed until her attacker ran away. Police released video of the suspect and described him as a black male with locs who was wearing a black tank top and blue shorts.
