اعدام مرضیه نیری، قربانی کودکهمسری، در زندان چوبیندر قزوین مرضیه نیری، زن ۲۴ ساله و قربانی کودکهمسری که با اتهام قتل همسرش به اعدام محکوم شده بود، در زندان چوبیندر قزوین اعدام شد. مرضیه نیری، اهل یکی از روستاهای حدفاصل قزوین و کرج، در ۱۷ سالگی و با اجبار خانواده با مردی به نام داود ازدواج کرده بود. یک سال پس از این ازدواج، زمانی که او ۱۸ سال داشت، واقعهای در منزل مشترکشان رخ داد که در نهایت به کشتهشدن همسرش و بازداشت مرضیه منجر شد. بر اساس روایت مطرحشده از پرونده، اوایل مهرماه آن سال، همسر مرضیه به همراه یکی از شرکای خود به نام علیرضا به خانه بازگشت. مرضیه در جریان رسیدگی قضایی گفته بود که علیرضا در حضور همسرش به او نزدیک شده و قصد تعرض به وی را داشته است. به گفته او، برای دفاع از خود چاقوی آشپزخانه را برداشت و ضربهای به علیرضا وارد کرد که موجب مجروحشدن او شد. در ادامه این درگیری، همسر مرضیه نیز با ضربه چاقو کشته شد. مرضیه پس از این واقعه به منزل برادرش رفت و چهار روز بعد توسط برادرش به پلیس تحویل داده شد. مرضیه نیری در جریان رسیدگی به پرونده همچنین گفته بود که پیش از حادثه نیز بارها از سوی دوستان همسرش در معرض تعرض قرار گرفته و اقدام او در روز حادثه در دفاع از خود صورت گرفته است. با این حال، علیرضا که از جراحت ناشی از ضربه چاقو جان سالم به در برده بود، این روایت را در دادگاه رد کرد. او مدعی شد مرضیه با فرد دیگری در ارتباط بوده و قصد کشتن همسرش را داشته است. دادگاه دفاع مشروع را در این پرونده نپذیرفت و مرضیه نیری را به اعدام محکوم کرد. اولیای دم نیز حاضر به اعلام گذشت نشدند و در نهایت حکم اعدام این زن جوان در زندان چوبیندر قزوین اجرا شد. مرضیه نیری هنگام ازدواج اجباری تنها ۱۷ سال داشت و بخش عمده زندگی بزرگسالی خود را درگیر پروندهای بود که به صدور و اجرای حکم اعدام او انجامید. او قربانی کودکهمسری و خشونت خانگی و قوانین تبعیضآمیز شد. #مرضیه_نیری #کودک_همسری #نه_به_اعدام

بعد از تقریبا سهسال خروج اجباری از ایران، انتظار، بلاتکلیفی (ابتدا در ترکیه و هماکنون در ارمنستان)، تشکیل پرونده و درخواست به کشور آلمان، دو بار مصاحبه و حدود ۴ ماه پیش انگشتنگاری شدن در سفارت فرانسه برای ویزای بشردوستانه، این کشورها و مقاماتشان ترجیح دادند که ما ریجکت شویم، با این ادعا که ما (در فاصلهی بسیار نزدیک به ج.ا) به نسبت سایر کشورهای همسایه ایران، در ارمنستان جایمان امنتر است. فعالان حقوقبشر و سایر عزیزان؛ از شما خواهشمندیم اگر میتوانید ما را یاری کنید. ما حدود سه سال است که بیکار، بیپول و به دور از ارائه خدمات اجتماعی معمول در این کشور سرگردانیم. انتظار و خستگی این سهسال تا به این حد در ما نهادینه شده که حتی توان تلاش مجدد برای یک نقطهی امن دیگر را نداریم. سهسال در خطر زندگی کردن، در اوج جوانی فعالیت حرفهای خود را به حداقل رساندن، از اهدافمان دور شدن و مقروض بودن به دوست و آشنا چیز کمی نیست. اگر فکر میکنید در هر زمینهای میتوانید برای برونرفت از این وضعیت به ما کمک کنید، صدای من و همسرم، یاسمن سجادی، باشید.
