About

Ricky Ficarelli began his career as somewhat of a pioneer in the digital space having released several viral videos on the YouTube platform in the early 2010s. As a teenager, these ‘drum covers’ paved the way for him to embark on his first national tour, The Digitour 2011. It was on this tour Ficarelli truly discovered his passion for performing live, drumming for some of YouTube’s most influential musicians at that time both onstage & offstage. Later forming his own band called King The Kid (2012-2014), together the group released their own original material, toured North America tirelessly and simultaneously continued to use YouTube as a primary tool to build a following online. Evolving the past decade Ricky Ficarelli continues to demonstrate his drive for entertainment in what is a rapidly evolving music industry. As of 2019 the drummer has planted his roots in Music City, Nashville, TN - working & collaborating with several emerging talents on the scene.
