About
I am a skeptic by nature and an attorney by trade who trains for raw powerlifting. Over the years, I have grown increasingly disturbed by the pseudoscience and misleading claims that run rampant in the fitness industry. Inspired by "Mystery Science Theater 3000" and "Penn & Teller's 'Bullshit,'" I decided in 2010 to commentate baseless and deceptive nutrition and exercise videos to educate the public about and vent my frustrations with the industry.
