مرفق نشرة لوكالة الاستخبارات المركزية الأميركية (CIA) رفعت عنها السرية بعنوان Terrorism Review، تتضمن جزءاً من العمليات الانتحارية والإرهابية التي نفذها حزب الدعوة ومنظمة بدر في العراق بين 1980 ولغاية 2002 في 1/4/1980: تفجير انتحاري يستهدف طلاب الجامعة المستنصرية بالعاصمة بغداد، يودي بحياة العديد من طلاب كليتي الآدب والتربية. أعلن حزب الدعوة مسؤوليته عن الهجوم وقال إن منفذه هو سمير مير علي غُلام، (أحد أقرباء القيادي الحالي في الإطار التنسيقي، محسن المندولاي)، وهو من التبعية الإيرانية الذي قرر العراق على إثر ذلك ترحيلهم إلى موطنهم إيران. في 13/4/1980 هجوم انتحاري بسيارة مفخخة استهدف مبنى الإذاعة والتلفزيون في الصالحية وسط بغداد، أسفر عن مقتل وإصابة عشرات الصحفيين والإعلاميين والموظفين، بينهم الملحن العراقي المعروف محمد عبد المحسن، تبنى حزب الدعوة العملية وقال إن منفذها ولي الدين القبنجي شقيق رجل الدين الحالي في النجف (صدر الدين القبانجي). في 17/8/1980 سيارة مفخخة تستهدف مديرية التجنيد في محافظة ميسان جنوبي العراق راح ضحيتها عدة مواطنين. تبنى حزب الدعوة الإسلامية العملية رسميا، وتبين أن السيارة تويوتا صالون سرقت قبل أيام من تنفيذ العملية من محافظة المثنى. في 2/7/ 1982: تفجير سيارة مفخخة على سينما النصر ببغداد تسببت بضحايا وجرحى (العدد الدقيق للضحايا غير مؤكد) في 1/8/1982: تفجير انتحاري بواسطة سيارة مفخخة على مبنى وزارة التخطيط العراقية ببغداد تبنى العملية حزب الدعوة الاسلامية، وأعلن أن الانتحاري (أبو بلال البصري) نجح في الدخول بسيارته للمبنى وتفجيرها. راح ضحية الهجوم أكثر من 120 عراقيا بين شهيد وجريح من بينهم خبير التصميم والتخطيط الحضري والإقليمي، جمال الوائلي. يعتبر باقر صولاغ، وعامر الحلو، أبرز المشاركين بالإعداد للعملية. في 14/9/1983 تفجير انتحاري استهدف مقر التسويق والنقل في محافظة بابل، حيث كان يتولى جانبا من لوجستيات نقل الجنود العراقيين إلى جبهات القتال في البصرة آنذاك وأدى لضحايا من الجنود العراقيين الملتحقين بالخدمة من (مواليد عام 1957) في 13 مارس 1987: تفجير سيارة مفخخة كانت مركونة بجانب مستشفى ابن البيطار لعلاج القلب بالصالحية ببغداد. أحدث الهجوم خسائر بشرية (عدد الضحايا الدقيق غير متوفر)، ويعتبر جواد المالكي (نوري المالكي حاليا) أبرز المتورط بالتخطيط للعملية وصدر حكم الإعدام بحقه غيابياً في 12/5/ 1987 ضحايا بإلقاء قنابل يدوية (رمانات) على ناد ترفيهي في أبو شارع أبو نؤاس راح ضحيته 11 عراقيا وجرحى آخرين، وتبنى حزب الدعوة العملية في آذار عام 1991: نفذ حزب الدعوة عمليات إعدام ميدانية بحق مئات الجنود والضباط العراقيين المنسحبين من الكويت وتحديدا في العشار وشط العرب والتنومة. وألقى بجثث عدد كبير منهم في مياه شط العرب. يعتبر هادي العامري، وعبد العزيز الحكيم، وأبو مهدي المهندس، أبرز المتورطين بجرائم قتل الجنود العراقيين في 15/4/1995 حزب الدعوة يتبنى تفجير سيارة مفخخة كانت مركونة في شارع السعدون بالقرب من موقف حافلات للركاب أدت لمقتل وإصابة عدد من العراقيين بينهم طلاب وباعة على الرصيف في 27/9/ 1996، نفذ حزب الدعوة، عملية تفجير مُركّبة بواسطة عبوة ناسفة ثم هجوم مسلح على مركز للشرطة المحلية بمحافظة ميسان، وفي الشهر ذاته وقع تفجير داخل حقل نفطي بالمحافظة، كبد العراق خسائر مالية ضخمة في 13/1/ 1999 تبنى حزب الدعوة الإسلامية تفجير عبوتين ناسفة محلية الصنع عند مقر الأمن العام في الناصرية شارع البهو آنذاك، أدى التفجير لمقتل سيدة وجرح 3 مدنيين جميعهم من الباعة الجائلين. في آذار عام 2000 تبنى حزب الدعوة تفجير ملعب البلديات شرقي بغداد، وأدى لاستشهاد وإصابة عدد من الفلسطينيين ولاعب منتخب الشباب العراقي باعث عبود. *مع الإشارة إلى أن هناك عمليات أخرى لم أحصل على تفاصيل وافية حولها، خاصة بعد تجنب حزب الدعوة الحديث عنها بعد الاحتلال الأميركي وتسلمه السلطة. خارج العراق منتصف كانون الأول 1981 عملية انتحارية ثانية بشاحنة مفخخة نفذها أبو مريم الكرادي) على مبنى السفارة العراقية في بيروت وتجاوز عدد ضحايا والجرحى المئات كانون الأول 1983 فجّر انتحاريان من حزب الدعوة نفسيهما بشاحنتين مفخختين على مبنى السفارة الامريكية ومبنى السفارة الفرنسية في الكويت. كانت العملية بتخطيط وإشراف، المدعو (أبو مهدي المهندس) قائد الجناح العسكري لحزب الدعوة آنذاك والذي لقي مصرعه يناير 2020 قرب مطار بغداد. في 9 آذار 1986 فجّر انتحاري آخر من حزب الدعوة نفسه بسيارة مفخخة على مبنى القنصلية العراقية في مدينة كراتشي بباكستان حيث كان يتدرب طيارون عراقيون هناك، راح ضحيته عدد من العاملين في القنصلية. في 11 آب 1982 فجّر انتحاري من (منظمة العمل الاسلامي) المرتبطة تنظيميا آنذاك سيارة مفخخة على مقر السفارة العراقية في باريس وأدت لمقتل عدد من العراقيين. في 25 شباط 1985 نفذ حزب الدعوة وحزب الله اللبناني عملية مشتركة نتج عنها خطف طائرة ركاب مدنية عراقية وطالبوا بإطلاق سراح بعض قياديهم المعتقلين ولما حاولت الطائرة الهبوط في مطار عرعر السعودي فجّر الارهابيون القنابل وبلغ عدد الضحايا 69 شخصاً https://t.co/JfmR9dF5P0 https://t.co/LeQrbkINgI
