Minha manifestação, como representante da @conamp , hoje, no STF, sobre o combate a facções criminosas. Ao presidente da CONAMP, @bonfim.tarcisio , meus agradecimentos pela confiança. A audiência pública foi presidida pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes STF. A Lei Antifacção é questionada na Suprema Corte. Aprovada na Câmara dos Deputados e no Senado e sancionada pelo presidente da República em março deste ano, a lei é alvo de quatro Ações Diretas de Inconstitucionalidade 7952, 7956, 7957, 7958 em diversos dispositivos do texto original. O TEMA 1.412/STF ganhou repercussão geral após o Plenário formar maioria em torno do assunto.
