Children’s Health Defense engagement report
@ChildrensHD - 329K followers on X
Measured over 24 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on September 4, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 556 interactions against 329K followers, an engagement rate of 0.169%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 73% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 13K times each, and 4.38% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.86% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.2 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 27% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Tuesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 24 posts sampled, 50% carry an image or video and 50% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 15K interactions, about 27x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Children’s Health Defense's engagement rate beats 73% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 8 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 87% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.169%, Children’s Health Defense sits above the 50th percentile of the 66,393 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.1% to 0.499%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 50% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 4% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 50% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 4% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 560 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

My wife got the Covid vaccine one single time. After, she had 4 miscarriages. Dr Fauci is an evil demon. I can’t express the rage I have for that man. He took 4 babies away from me and my wife. FUCK FAUCI.

In 10 days, I am taking my story from Alberta to Ottawa. I’ve been selected to speak on Day 1 of The Allison Inquiry and I’m taking everything i have lived through over the past 5 years directly to the national stage. Living with permanent facial paralysis since 2021 has made one thing undeniably clear to me: centralized federal programs completely fail local needs. Healthcare delivery is natively provincial, yet topdown frameworks leave everyday people falling through the cracks. We don't need distant bureaucracy telling us what works,we deserve localized, accessible support and real institutional transparency. I’m stepping up to speak for our vaccine injured community, for everyone fighting for accountability, and for every family that has felt ignored by the system. The countdown starts today.

The media’s obsession with measles is about one thing: scaring you and intimidating you to not ask questions. And it’s amazing to see Americans aren’t buying it. Despite near constant medical coverage, measles doesn’t rate as a top 40 issue Americans care about. Americans distrust of the media and medical system is rational. Why should you trust institutions that relentlessly lied (and never apologized) on so many other topics like COVID. Why should you blindly trust the largest vaccine manufacturers, who have settled billions of dollars in criminal fines over the past decade for lying about clinical data? Infectious diseases make up on 5% of deaths and we’re near a 10 year low in 2025. Yes - while the media implies we are seeing skyrocketing infectious diseases, it is obfuscating that RFK and the Trump admin is overseeing a substantial decrease in infectious disease deaths. This year, we are near all-time lows. What do Americans care about according to polls? Drug overdoses, the chronic disease crisis, the quality of the American diet, and healthcare costs. These are areas the Trump admin has been laser focussed on. 2026 is on track to be the highest increase ever in U.S. life expectancy. This is because of the Trump admin’s policies (closing to borders to fentanyl, incentives to healthier eating, lower drug costs) and cultural change in the country where kore people are opting out of the traditional medical system for chronic disease care / discovering the root cause of their conditions. They want you scared. There’s reasons to be optimistic.

One NYC firefighter was just 100 DAYS short of his 20-year retirement when he lost his job over the COVID shot mandate. Years later, his attorney says he is still fighting to get his job back and “struggling just to survive.” Never forget what was done to people for saying no to the covid shot.

Far more deaths from the MMR vaccine than from measles. But guess which one is being treated as the public health emergency. https://t.co/aucowHJrzA

You do NOT have to blindly fill out every invasive question a doctor's office puts in front of you. Twila Brase, president and co-founder of Citizens' Council for Health Freedom, says patients are routinely being asked for information that has little or nothing to do with why they're seeking treatment, and many people hand it over simply because they assume they have to. Brase pushed back herself when an office insisted she complete its electronic forms. Eventually a supervisor told her the truth: "The only thing you have to sign is the consent to be treated." You have the right to question why your medical provider wants certain information and what will happen to it once you hand it over.

🚨 A town of just 14,000 people reportedly had MILLIONS of searches run through its Flock surveillance system. Residents in Grass Valley, California started digging into the city's Flock license plate reader program through public records requests. According to Reinette Senum, they discovered somewhere between 3.9 MILLION and 7.5 MILLION individual searches, with only a small fraction coming from the city's own police department. Millions of searches in a town of 14,000 people. Who exactly were they looking for? Residents fought back, packed a city council meeting and the police chief announced the cameras were coming down. This is exactly why local involvement matters. Most people have no idea how extensively these systems are being used until somebody starts asking questions.

🚨 “If we’re so afraid of being an anti-vaxxer, what’s a vaxxer?” Shawn Buckley, lead counsel for the Allison Inquiry, says we’ve become so conditioned to fear the “anti-vaxxer” label that we can barely have an honest conversation about vaccines at all. Buckley asks an important question: Is a “vaxxer” someone who believes it’s acceptable to inject children with a medical product without the same minimum standard of placebo-controlled clinical trials he says would be expected for approving a drug for adults? His perspective is also deeply personal. After one of his own children suffered an anaphylactic reaction following vaccination and had to be revived, Buckley says their doctor advised the family to stop vaccinating. Now, after interviewing people living with devastating vaccine injuries for the Allison Inquiry, he says many tell him the hardest part isn’t even the injury itself, it’s being dismissed, denied treatment or treated as though their vaccine injury cannot be acknowledged.

WAR AGAINST THE AMISH The Amish communities in Pennsylvania are being absolutely crucified. Whether it’s their beliefs in not vaccinating or the desirable land they own, they can’t seem to shake the government’s countless attempts to disrupt their way of life. @solari_the breaks down why people like Gov. Josh Shapiro are so invested in demonizing and destroying these communities. @sayerjigmi @chdtvlive

Reading these numbers
A typical post picks up 556 interactions against 329K followers, an engagement rate of 0.169%. Measured over 24 original posts, its engagement rate beats 73% of 6,874 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 13K times each, and 4.38% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.86% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. - What is Children’s Health Defense's engagement rate on X?
- Children’s Health Defense (@ChildrensHD) has an engagement rate of 0.169%, based on the median interactions across 24 original posts from the last 30 days against 328,578 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.169%, Children’s Health Defense sits above the 50th percentile of the 66,393 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @ChildrensHD have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 73% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (6,874 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @ChildrensHD post?
- Most posts go out around 13:00 UTC, and Tuesday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.2 posts per day across the measured window.
