A typical post picks up 134 interactions against 413K followers, an engagement rate of 0.032%. Measured over 26 original posts, its engagement rate beats 48% of 3,882 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 11K times each, and 1.21% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.68% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.8 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 13% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 26 posts sampled, 69% carry an image or video and 23% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 14K interactions, about 108x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #mmtlp, #29ers, #thetinaplan.

Compared with accounts its own size

Ann Vandersteel™️'s engagement rate beats 48% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,882 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 7 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 55% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.032%, Ann Vandersteel™️ sits above the 25th percentile of the 37,582 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.012% to 0.081%.

California Governor Gavin Newsom is set to sign legislation recognizing two Muslim holidays, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, as state holidays and allowing public schools to celebrate their significance. There are over 12 million Catholics in California, yet schools have no similar authorization to celebrate the religious significance of Christmas, Easter or Good Friday.

🚨 BOMBSHELL EMAIL EXPOSED 🚨 A FOIA just revealed behind closed doors coordination between FINRA, the SEC, and the broker/dealer lobby (FIF) over $MMTLP AFTER 65,000 investors were trapped by a U3 halt. Not investor protection. Damage control. They knew there weren’t enough real shares. They froze trading anyway. Wall Street was protected. We lost a dear brother, Thomas Gentile, yesterday. He had a heart attack at only 35, due to a notorious vax. He was just about to start the detox protocol to rid his body of it when a second attack took him from us. Thomas is in Heaven now, thank God, but please pray for his wife and children left behind. 🙏

The idiots who say, "almond orchards use more water than data centers" are being disingenuous. You're SUPPOSED to use water to create food that humans can eat. That's the intended, natural, sustainable priority for how to use water for humanity. But you can't eat server farms. They produce nothing that keeps humans biologically alive. Try to eat the silicon and you'll see. And it's not merely about water. Data centers use POWER. Lots of it. Enormous amounts. And they are both straining current power grids and causing electricity prices to skyrocket for many consumers and businesses. This is why you're paying more for kWh today. On top of that, data centers are taking the farms! The farms that used to grow food. So it's not just water. It's electricity, farmland and water. These are three things that humans need in order to survive and thrive, and all three are being steered toward data centers, away from humans, leaving the people high and dry. (Or soon, starving and destitute...)

🚨BREAKING BOMBSHELL: Zelenko Labs alleges Foster Coulson used Dr. Zelenko’s legacy company as a launchpad to build The Wellness Company. The complaint claims Z Labs money, formulas, inventory, employees, affiliates, and infrastructure were diverted into TWC while Z Labs was allegedly suppressed from within. DID THE MEDICAL FREEDOM MOVEMENT GET HIJACKED FROM WITHIN? Z Labs wants damages, restitution, an accounting, a constructive trust, and a court declaration that it may hold an equitable interest in TWC. This is not just a business lawsuit. This is a fight over who profited from Dr. Zelenko’s name, mission, and medical freedom legacy. According to the complaint, Zelenko Labs alleges Coulson used his control over the post Zelenko corporate structure to divert money, inventory, proprietary formulas, employees, customer channels, affiliate networks, and operational infrastructure away from Zelenko Labs and into The Wellness Company. The complaint alleges a pattern emerging showing that this is not a simple business dispute. Zelenko Labs claims Coulson gained control over key entities, represented TWC as aligned with the Zelenko ecosystem, then allegedly used Z Labs resources to build TWC as a competing company. The complaint further alleges: Z Labs money moved through IHB into TWC. Millions in inventory allegedly benefited TWC. Z Labs employees allegedly worked on TWC projects while Z Labs paid them. Z Labs formulas and trade secrets were allegedly used for TWC products. Z Stack allegedly went out of stock while TWC grew. Transfers were allegedly reclassified as “loans” after questions were raised. Invoices were allegedly issued for services never rendered. TWC allegedly grew to millions per month while Z Labs declined. And now Zelenko Labs is asking the court for damages, restitution, an accounting, a constructive trust, and a declaration that Z Labs may hold an equitable or beneficial interest in TWC. This is why discovery matters. THERE IS A TRAIL TO FOLLOW: Money. Formulas. Physicians. Ownership. Offshore entities. That raises a broader question worthy of serious investigation: Was Foster Coulson simply a businessman accused in court filings of misusing Dr. Zelenko’s name, company assets, and medical freedom goodwill for private gain? Or does the record point to something larger: a coordinated effort to commercialize, redirect, and ultimately compromise the medical freedom movement from within? Those questions require evidence, documents, witnesses, ownership records, financial trails, medical-board relationships, pharmaceutical partnerships, and full discovery. They also require scrutiny of whether medical freedom branding was used to promote products, platforms, or physicians whose recommendations aligned with the very pharmaceutical system many Americans were trying to escape. This is not about rumor. It is about records. It is about incentives. It is about whether a movement built on informed consent, patient sovereignty, and resistance to captured medicine was quietly turned into another controlled marketplace. Medical freedom cannot be a slogan. It cannot be a brand. It cannot be a Trojan horse for pharmaceutical capture. Dr. Zelenko’s legacy deserves sunlight. The medical freedom movement deserves answers. Let the records come out.

What is Ann Vandersteel™️'s engagement rate on X?
Ann Vandersteel™️ (@annvandersteel) has an engagement rate of 0.032%, based on the median interactions across 26 original posts from the last 30 days against 413,091 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.032%, Ann Vandersteel™️ sits above the 25th percentile of the 37,582 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @annvandersteel have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 48% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (3,882 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @annvandersteel post?
Most posts go out around 17:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.8 posts per day across the measured window.
