About
Brigham Young University's Center for Animation presents a collection of student-directed, student-produced short animated films. BYU students from several different colleges across campus work collaboratively to create their own group films each year. This collaborative experience has become one of two key capstone projects (the other being a video game) that give our students a true testing ground for the skills and education they have acquired. On this channel you can find a collection of these annual capstone (aka "senior") projects as well as a collection of shorter (approx. 1 min) film projects students and faculty have created within our program. These other projects give students the chance to have worked on multiple film and game projects throughout their time in the program. Many of our films have gone on to win Student Academy Awards and Student Emmy awards, and have played in film festivals worldwide. We hope you enjoy our student's works!
